My family and I stayed for 3 nights. I did read in a review that the game room in the garage had a little musty smell and that was true. when I arrived I sprayed odoban A deodorizer and disinfectant spray. Then opened the garage door and turned all fans on for about 20 mins. The smell went away. We spent many hours playing pool. Also when bunk house a/c is running the microwave does trip breaker, took me a minute to find breaker box and reset breaker. So if this happens to you it on the wall in room with washer and dryer. very easy to do. The place has plenty of beach equipment Chairs, boogie board, umbrellas, nets, shelves, buckets. and a wagon. also 4 adult bikes. I would stay there again. Host was Great.

Emma had very quick communication prior to the trip and checked in on us after we checked in. Honestly, the listing doesnt do this property justice. The view from the 2nd level balcony is breathtaking with Gulf view. The walk to the beach is just across the street! The house is equipped with everything you would need for beach days, including acess to a hose to clean off sand. (We stay at many beach properties and this was a much appreciated first.) Beds are very comfortable and house was very clean. No complaints other then, we had to leave. We will definitely stay again!

Emma was a great host and the home was very clean. The basement bedroom was a little disappointing. Our boys who were supposed to sleep downstairs had to sleep on the couch because the space was hot, damp, and musty. The upstairs of the property was wonderful.

Vacay 2024

Owner was very responsive and helpful with questions. The unit was exceptionally clean and well furnished. Plenty of amenities. My grandson really enjoyed the game room. The wagon, chairs and floats were appreciated. Would definitely stay here again

Family vacation/memorial

We had planned a family vacation including my husband of 55 years, but he passed in May so we did what he would have wanted us to do and carried on and had a blast creating new memories while reminiscing about our past experiences with him. It was very healing and the location was perfect. We even had a few moments that we know he had a hand in messing up lol. He was always laughing and joking. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. My grandson’s had fun with the games and so did my great grandson. It was also nice to have all the bikes and beach items available because we have been running on empty the last two months and forgot several items.

It was just okay. There were a lot of things that needed to be repaired. Parking was a bit difficult for large vehicles. The downstairs was pretty musty and the bedroom in the bottomFloor seemed a bit out of place. It was just an okay stay.

Our family loved staying at this house. We spent all of our days at the beach or relaxing in the house. The kids loved the games when we were taking a break from the sun. The shelling in this area is amazing. The decks are a great place to relax and enjoy the view. The beds were comfortable and clean providing a great nights sleep.
