In the summertime, this area becomes a beautiful outdoor haven with abundant hiking and mountain biking trails to explore and pristine beaches to relax on. When you are in the mood for more city exploring Incline Village offers a range of dining options, boutique shops, luxury spas, and well-maintained parks to enjoy. The home has a public transportation TART stop a two miles away. This stop is called HWY 28 at Countryclub by Fairway which runs every hour and connects you to stops such as Kings Beach. For those arriving into the Reno-Tahoe International airport there are shuttle options that will take you to Incline Village. For those with a vehicle take advantage of HWY 28 just minutes away and enjoy day trips to many of the stunning surrounding areas located around Lake Tahoe.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.



Charcoal grills are strictly forbidden in this county and will result in a $1,500 citation if used,



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
