Welcome to the Randolph, a newly renovated vacation rental in the heart of Niagara Falls. Modern and stylish home. Features four (4) bedrooms and two (2) full baths, with two (2) bedrooms and a handicap accessible bath located on the first floor. Plenty of off-street parking. Walking distance to the Falls and all attractions.

Walking distance to Niagara Falls State Park, Rainbow Bridge to Canada, and the Entertainment District. Once you park your car there is no need to drive to visit Niagara Falls' most iconic attractions.

The stay was comfortable. The host responded quickly to questions and providing services. The neighborhood is being revitalized. So several homes are undergoing facelifts. We were able to walk attractions which was so nice. One improvement I would suggest are vanities for the bathrooms rather than just a sink and better lighting above the sinks. Some mentioned not feeling safe in the neighborhood, we felt safe. Just happy to see people putting efforts in to bring life back to this area and change takes time. We would stay again!

We’re glad you found the home comfortable, enjoyed the quick communication, and especially appreciated the convenience of being able to walk to the area’s attractions. We appreciate your suggestions regarding the bathroom vanities and lighting. This property actually underwent an extensive renovation and was completely gutted down to the 2x4 studs, so we had the opportunity to rebuild and update it from the ground up. We’ll certainly keep your suggestions in mind as we continue making improvements.

Terrific time at the Randolph house- Clean, fully stocked and easy to communicate with our super host.The house is very close to the Niagara Falls attractions. We would stay there again!

Our stay was great! The host was helpful and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the surrounding area and was able to give suggestions for food and activities. The city of Niagara is in need of a great face lift, but you can tell that the city is trying to make improvements. The downtown area near Niagara Falls park is gorgeous and the natural landscapes are amazing. The buildings are old, but beautiful and filled with amazing history. I would definitely stay here again to explore the city further. Thank you to our host for a wonderful, comfortable, and safe visit.

The house was amazing. It was very close to the falls and other attractions. The house was very nice, my kids loved that they had a tv in their rooms. We ate most of our meals there and was able to find everything easily

This is a cozy house in a family neighborhood, kids playing in the street, very homey, And walking distance to the Falls, so we didn't have to pay for parking. We only stayed one night but had a nice time. The host gave us lots of recommendations for nearby food and fun.

Clean house, great location

Spent 2 nights visiting niagara falls and this house had everything we needed and was walking distance to american side, with easy access to Canadian side. Host was very helpful with dining and activity recommendations. Would stay here again

The host was very responsive. The house was perfect for our family of five and dog. House has everything you need for your stay and is very comfortable. Very close to everything, minutes to everywhere you want to go. Parking in both front and back of house. Fenced yard good for larger dogs, recommend smaller dogs stay on leash.

Family trip to Niagara Falls

The host was very helpful. The location was great, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The two bedrooms and full bath on the first floor were just what we needed. The neighborhood was a little run down, but the people were very friendly, we never felt unsafe. We would definitely stay here again.

This property fit our needs perfectly! 4 bedrooms, walking distance to everything and great tips from the host! Communication was great!! I didn’t pay attention to outside space when booking but yard was large enough for lawn games and fenced in for small kids or pets!

Good house

The house is cute, clean and is set up nicely. Nothing bad to say about the house at all!! The host communicated very well and was prompt and very helpful! The neighborhood is less than desired, but the entire Niagara Falls area is not really the best, so it took us by surprise. I would recommend staying here, just don't judge the house by its surroundings....

We had such a fun family trip to Niagara Falls and this house was perfect for what we needed. We were on vacation with two parents in their 80's and we needed the accessible downstairs bedroom and bathroom with handrails. There were no other properties near the Falls that had these available. We were able to walk to everything, and my parents rented mobility scooters and went everywhere with us. If you are nervous about the area, it is not the best, but no where this close to the falls is. We felt perfectly safe as long as we kept our vehicles locked and the home locked at night. We didn't have any problems and there is a strong police presence in the area. I would recommend this home for families who are looking to spend time together in one space as opposed to in a hotel.

To be fair I did read the reviews before booking & knew that the neighborhood was not the best. Several homes on the street seemed abandoned & there was not a lot of people so it felt a little creepy. We never felt scared, but definitely did not hang outside. The casino was in walking distance, but we didn’t feel safe to do so, especially after dark.The home was very convenient to drive over Rainbow Bridge to Canada.Check in/out was very easy & Louis recommended several places to eat. However, since we spent all of our time in Canada we were not able to try any of them. The house is old & the floors are uneven, but that is expected due to the age of the house. Overall the house itself was fine, beds were comfortable, & kitchen was clean.

Not a good experience

We didn’t stay or even unload our luggage. Was in house 5 minutes and had to leave due to a pungent urine smell. The neighborhood was very sketchy. I texted the host and he was very apologetic and offered to clean and sanitize. Offered full refund then next day offered our stay for the rest of our trip for free. There was no way that smell would be gone over night so we declined his offer. We had to scramble to get a night at a hotel then was able to secure that same hotel for the rest of our stay. Overall, the host was extremely cooperative and did all he could to try to save our vacation. However, we did not feel safe in the neighborhood nor could we get past the smell or uncleanliness.

So very sorry this guest had this experience. The previous guest had flushed dirty diapers and wipes down the toilet that caused the sewer to back up in the basement that caused the odor. We had the Plumbers out to the house that day and they cleared the drains and sanitized the basement floor that removed any foul odor. Every single review before this review and after this review are all five (5) stars. I did everything within my power to make this right for this guest gave a full refund plus I offered them the opportunity to go back the next day and check the house out and they could stay for free for the inconvenience for the remainder of their time in which they declined. Every review after and before was five (5) star. We spent nearly $100,000 remodeling this property and everything is new and it's disheartening to read a negative review. Especially with something outside of our control. We will use this experience and learn from it to make staying at the Randolph, Niagara Falls a five (5) experience.

Newly renovated with 4 bedroom (4 beds) 2 full baths. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor with a wheelchair accessible first level bathroom. The house was gutted down to the 2x4 studs and rebuilt in 2024. It's a new house very clean within walking distance to the Falls.
