Relax with your family and friends in this new modern 15-unit boutique property. Villa Blanca offers an indoor-outdoor lifestyle along with a private pool and roof top pool. There are countless restaurants and bars along with bike and 4-wheeler rentals within walking distance. Come experience Tulum. Your oasis awaits.
This 2-story unit has been thoughtfully designed and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay whether you are on a vacation with friends, workcation or with your family. Equipped with high-speed optical fiber internet with WiFi-Amplifier in every floor - ideal for working or streaming.
The downstairs floor plan has an open concept and overlooks the private pool and courtyard. There are floor-to-ceiling sliding windows/doors. These can open on both sides or one side of the room for a true indoor-outdoor experience. Floor to ceiling blackout drapes have been installed for privacy. The downstairs also has its own AC control so when it is turned off it doesn’t affect the upstairs bedrooms.
The downstairs has the kitchen with an oversized island with 5 barstools, living room with a large sofa along with an additional table & seating for eating or working, smart TV, full bathroom with shower, bar area and washing machine. We have installed drying lines outside of the kitchen for quick and efficient clothes drying. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishes, cook and oven ware, eating and cooking utensils, toaster, coffee pot, mixer and other gadgets that will allow for a long-term stay if desired. The bar cart is stocked with everything needed to have a beer, wine or cocktails by the pool. Alcohol not included.
The upstairs has 2 separate bedrooms with their own full bathrooms, AC controls, ceiling fans, floor to ceiling black out drapes, in-room safes, blow dryers, built-in wardrobes and door locks. Both rooms have sliding glass doors that overlook the pool and courtyard.
The “Black” room has 2 queen-sized beds with new highly rated medium-firm mattresses, soft sheets, and multiple pillows along with an additional blanket if needed. There is also a desk with a chair and a Smart TV. Sleeps 4 (2 Adults and 2 Children).
The “Green” room has one king-sized bed with 2 individual twin mattresses that pull out. All mattresses are great quality and are highly rated for a good night’s sleep. Sheets and bedding are soft and additional pillows and blankets are provided. Also included is a Smart TV and a bench. The bathroom counter comes out at one end and a chair or the bench can be put under it to make for a work area. This room sleeps 4. 1 assigned parking space #4.
Should you have 6 Adults and 2 Children, please notify us for the 2 additional guest. Additional linen fees apply.

La Veleta is a neighborhood that is a mixture of varying ages, sizes and types of properties scattered with jungle. This area still has a Mexican feel to it and is not too industrialized yet. In walking distance, you will find plenty of international restaurants, street food, chic cafes and bars, nail salons, corner stores, bike and4-wheeler rentals. In the near surroundings there are also several digital co-working spaces, laundry and the famous holistica. With the Avenida Kukulkan is a brand new beach access road, where you can reach Tulum Beach in less than 10 Minutes. In La Veleta, you will find a very good mixture between trendy eco-chic restaurants and authentic Mexican lifestyle.
You can reach many restaurants, supermarkets and lifestyle areas by foot. To go to the beach, cenotes or Downtown, it is recommended to rent a bicycle, scooter or car. There are many scooter and bicycle renting places close to Villa Blanca. If you need recommendations, we can provide them.
We will access the unit on Monday and Friday for pool maintenance, so the pool can be cleaned.
(Extended Stays) We include 30 KW per night during your stay. In case to go over we charge $8 MXN per extra KW. You have access to the meters anytime.
We take a picture of the meter on your check in and on the check out to verify the consumption.
