Beautiful condo with wonderful owners

This condo was beautiful and very updated. It was a very comfortable place to stay and also nicely decorated. We were here over July 4th weekend and just had to go out on the balcony to see fireworks that night. Finally, the condo owners were very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommended staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay at Yelleville. The condo was very clean, and spacious enough for our family. The view was just as expected. Justin was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely book again, at this location, and their other one. Thank you guys so much!

Great views and comfy stay

Yelleville PCB did not disappoint, amongst being comfy and just a pictured it came with wonderful views, quick access to the beach (beachfront), multiple pools with a view of the beach, open grass space for throwing the football etc, a wonderful bar with good food both adult and kid friendly drinks and the community offers great movie nights, karaoke and many other fun activities! Accessing the community and unit was a breeze and having included beach chair setup readily available for our entire stay was top tier! I guess it’s safe to say Yelleville PCB was a good choice!!!

We had such a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, couldn’t have asked for better. Easy access to both the pool and beach made it so convenient, and the place was spotless from top to bottom. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made such a difference. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Didn't want to leave!

The condo was wonderful in so many ways. Decorated beautifully, stocked with everything we needed, great mattresses, breathtaking views and sunsets, all in a very safe and secure complex. The amenities were fantastic with heated and unheated pools, exercise facility, lounge chairs, grills and the owners also provided beach lounges with umbrellas. The owners are great communcators and left no details out. Like I said, didn't want to leave.

Absolutely Loved Our Stay – Would Book Again in a Heartbeat!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. Everything about it was amazing. What We Loved: The condo was clean, stylish, and exactly as pictured—felt like home the moment we arrived. Perfect location: beachfront on quiet end of town, but still close to everything. Super comfy sectional couch—so much so that our teens ended up sleeping there instead of the bunks! The coffee table full of games & cards was a great touch for family fun. 4 beach loungers included extra beach chairs in the second bedroom amazing beach days. Loved having 2 small laundry baskets Kitchen was very well stocked with pans & a pitcher. Elevators were quick, & parking was a breeze. A Few Things to Know (Not Dealbreakers!): The lighting was a bit dim—a few brighter bulbs would help. We didn’t realize extra towels/linens were in the ottoman until the end—would be helpful to include that in the welcome info. Dishwasher pod door doesn’t open during the cycle—you have to leave it open for it to dispense. This is mentioned in the checkout instructions, but it would’ve been nice to know on check-in. While the condo was very clean, a deep clean under the beds & couch would take it from great to excellent. An exterminator came by during our stay, which was a bit awkward. Would be better if those visits happened between guests. A mirror in each bedroom would be great—there’s one full-length mirror in the hall, but lighting there isn’t ideal for getting ready. Overall: Regardless- Highly recommend! Loved it!

Our story began in 2005 in the most unexpected way—during a chance encounter in Jacksonville, Florida. Justin was visiting a friend from his hometown of Rochester, NY, while Jenni had flown in from Southern Ohio to help family with a military move. A minor traffic accident brought us together, but a great conversation is what truly connected us. What started as a random moment quickly became something neither of us could ignore.

Today, we’re happily married and raising our family with two amazing boys, three energetic chihuahuas, and one sweet calico cat. We share a love for travel, time at the beach, and creating spaces where others can relax, reconnect, and make unforgettable memories.
