We have addressed your comments regarding the cleanliness of the floors, living room couch, outdoor furniture, and overall condition of the backyard directly with our cleaning and maintenance teams. We understand how important it is for our guests to have a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained space throughout their stay, and we are taking these concerns seriously. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the living room seating and outdoor lounging areas. Regarding the railroad-style bedrooms, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We agree that this is an important feature for guests to clearly understand when considering the property, and we will make sure the listing information is as clear as possible. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the pool, waterfall, slide, BBQ area, additional sitting areas, large kitchen, numerous bathrooms, and the unique design of the Japanese Retreat. We also truly appreciate your kind words about our team. Thank you again for helping us identify areas where we can improve. Your feedback has been shared with our cleaners and maintenance team, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

I am sorry you didn’t t find your stay perfect. Every bedroom features a separate entrance, and while two of the ten bedrooms are connected to adjacent rooms, they also have direct access to the outdoors, allowing you to enter without going through any other bedrooms if you prefer.
