The house was as advertised, in a good location and large enough for our group of 8 adults and 2 young children. The communication with host was also good but the home did come up short in a few areas. General maintenance items really, such as, Teflon coating cookware was very chipped, left front burner on the stove did not turn OFF when put in the OFF position, door handle to main door fell off repeatedly when used.

Best house I’ve ever rented. Plenty of space for 10 adults. Property managers were very helpful throughout our stay. Home was clean and everything worked properly. We were able to fit a mini van and expedition in the garage. Would rent again!

Ski Vacation

We had an amazing stay. The host communicated with me prior and during the stay. The location was close to Main Street and the lift. The house was very well stocked and well suited for all of us. I would highly recommend this host and this house. We all had a great time in Park City.

Park City 1177

We loved the location and the home layout which worked well for our family. There were good bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms as well as a large kitchen and family congregating space. It was only a short 3 minute drive to the PCMR ski ares. The only issue was WiFi speed bogged down and we could not get good television connectivity and no one in the household had internet access. Likely a lower speed option selected with infinity and easily corrected.

Great spot to be

We had a great stay over the holidays. Better if you’re skiing Park City (we were skiing DV). Small inconvenience that the fireplace didn’t work but the handyman was attentive and skilled despite a busy schedule. Overall the place was a gem.
