My apologies for your misunderstanding but the definition of private means: belonging to or for the use of one particular person or group of people only. With that definition its no misinterpetation on anyones part but your own. Even though you parked in a shared driveway you entered through a private entrance! Its evident you looked at the pictures and did not read the description because had you done so you would've known its no way this entire house had 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Again, the definition of basment states: its a floor or building partly or entirely below ground therefore if its below ground there is someone above you. Fortunately, we all have the use of our legs so its no way I can help, with you hearing walking in a basement unit and I won't apologize for that. It rained, the pool had a few leaves that sunk to the bottom, which i advised that the pool guy was coming the very next day to clean and even with the leaves, although unsightly, doesn't make a pool dirty. Its evident you booked with the intentions of having a party or maybe sleeping outside because none of your concerns hold true merit. Was the bed linen clean? Was the bathroom or kitchen dirty? Sometimes things don't work out and unfortunately this was one of them but you failed to mention how I tried to make things right by giving you your money back. I extended grace to you because i understood you didn't read and my intentions is to never make anyone unhappy.
