From the moment the concern was brought to our attention, our team worked hard to provide support, maintain communication, and offer alternative solutions while coordinating appliance repair. We immediately provided access to a neighboring washer and later offered complimentary laundry assistance through our professional cleaning team in an effort to help minimize the inconvenience while awaiting repair updates. While we completely understand the disappointment surrounding an appliance issue during travel, we do feel confident that our team handled the situation with care, responsiveness, and professionalism throughout your stay. Following your communication with VRBO after departure, we were able to provide detailed documentation reflecting the communication, accommodations offered, and the efforts made to assist while the issue remained ongoing. Regarding the palmetto bug sighting, the home is on a regular professional pest control treatment program. In Florida’s tropical climate, palmetto bugs can occasionally appear indoors despite preventative measures, particularly during warmer and wetter seasons. We sincerely appreciate you staying with us and value all guest feedback, as it helps us continue improving the experience we strive to provide.
