Welcome to Seabreeze Bliss @ Edgewater Beach Resort, Panama City Beach's favorite and only all-inclusive resort.

This 2 bedroom / 2 bath beauty is located on the 5th floor in the quieter Windward building (only 6 stories) yet offers you all the amenities of PCB's only full-service resort.

As you walk inside, the first thing you'll notice is the sweeping view of the Emerald coast and the gorgeous white sand from floor to ceiling windows and private balcony. The spacious, comfortable living room features a sleeper sofa and a smart TV. The full kitchen is crisp, clean and well-equipped with all you need for your getaway.

The main bedroom features a king sized bed with ensuite bath that has a walk in shower, full closet, and smart TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, bunk beds, and access to the 2nd bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. We also offer complimentary high-speed fiber internet and an in-condo washer/dryer.

The resort's minimum age to rent is 25 (firm). No pets, parties, or smoking allowed, Guest must sign a rental agreement and agree to a $300 damage hold placed on their credit card before the stay. Booking includes two parking passes; a 3rd is available upon request for $40 + tax/fees.

Spectacular 4th @ Seabreeze

No issues from start of booking to finish. So glad we found this rental, great communication prior to stay and during. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We went with several other families that were staying at Edgewater resort also and it had something for everyone. We would for sure stay again.

Beautiful Condo and a Perfect Stay

This condo checked all the boxes for us! It was beautifully decorated, thoughtfully equipped and super clean. It had enough space for us to spread out and our 8 year old loved the bunk beds. The view from the living room is absolutely stunning and the balcony is somewhere we sat every morning and every evening. We will definitely book again.

Exceptional Condo, Fantastic Resort, and Wonderful Host!

This condo exceeded all expectations! It was spotless upon arrival, beautifully furnished, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was attentive and responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. We loved having access to multiple pools, an amazing beachfront restaurant, and a quieter stretch of beach to unwind. Plus, the location offered plenty of entertainment options for the occasional rainy afternoon. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back!

The accommodations were far better than expected. The living area and bedrooms were spotless. The linens and towels were clean and fresh. The beds were extremely comfortable and the view of the beach from the balcony was beautiful. I will definitely come back again!!!

This condo was perfect 🤩 All of the beaches in front of the tall tower buildings were packed, not this beach!!🏖️. If you prefer the beach and less crowds this is your place. If you want the bigger pool and crowds stay in the towers. Easy decision for me. Highly recommend this Condo it’s got Amazing views and it comes with everything you need. We were a family of 5 it was perfect!!! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful place!!

Seabreeze Bliss... Ah...Mazing

We just returned from our trip/stay at Seabreeze Bliss at Edgewater PCB. I can only tell you how awesome our stay was at the condo! Perfect! We had everything we needed and then some... the view was perfect, the property was very clean and we had zero issues. Easy check in, easy instructions to check out. I will definitely reach out to rent again next year. I have been to Edgewater a few times for All Star Cheer Comp and this, by far, has been the best condo EVER!!!! Thanks so much Seabreeze Bliss! We will definitely see you next year!

Family beach trip made perfect!

Perfect for my family of 4 with plenty of room for extra if they wanted to come. We loved it! All 7 days! Especially the blankets.. so so soft! I also loved having the app to stay updated on day by day and hour by hour events. There is tons of good resort info on there!

Family Christmas getaway

We decided to trade in white snow for white sand for our family Christmas get away this year, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! We stayed for a week. Everything was as described. Very clean. Easy check in. Great communication with the host. The location was spectacular! I loved sitting on the outdoor sitting area to watch the sunset every night. Perfect unobstructed views. Gated secure parking. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful Condo & View!

Our family of 6 adults had the most wonderful time in this condo. Plenty of space for everyone! We have stayed at Edgewater many, many times, including Winward, Leeward, and Towers 2 & 3. This unit is definitely one we would reserve again. The Winward building is on the quiter end of the resort which we LOVE. Quick elevators, nice parking, beautiful views from the balcony and easy access to the beach. We walked to the lagoon pool and restaurant daily, so it's not inconvenient to stay at the quiter end of the complex at all. Seabreeze Bliss was clean, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped with nearly everything we needed for our stay. WE ❤️ WINWARD!!!! Thanks Seabreeze Bliss for a great vacation! 😊

Beach stay

We have a larger family, wife and I, 5 kids. Originally we thought it would not be big enough, but we love Edgewater and gave it a shot. This condo was amazing, everything you could think of, was covered. From the rugs bedside to wipe your feet on before getting in the bed, charmin toilet paper,kitchen had any item you could think of, flashlights left for crabbin, I could go on and on! Just a very well thought through list of items for families that may forget items when going to the beach! Highly recommended for anyone that wants to stay at Edgewater!

Perfect place for a vacation with your family!!

This was our first time at Panama City Beach!!! What can I say beautiful!!! The condo felt like home and was so cozy and provided many extra things to make our stay easier and everything was so clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook inside with even some trash bags and dish soap to start off the first few days. They even provided hand soap and shampoo and conditioner and body soap in the bathrooms if you don’t want to pack more things. If we ever had a question they were very quick to get back to us. The view from the balcony was amazing! To wake up and see the ocean right in front of you and the sunrise and sunset was gorgeous!! The water is just amazing and loved the white sand. My kids loved digging for seashells too. The pools were great! Especially if you needed a day away from the beach. You could enjoy a smaller pool right next to your building but there was a huge pool with a restaurant and beverages for adults and kids. There was also so many things to do in the evening after soaking up sun. Great restaurants and several put puts annd other things and my kids loved going to pier park. Basically the perfect place to have home away from home vacation to enjoy with your family and escape reality! We will definitely be back and will be staying at the same place. Thank you!!!
