For the most stunning of low-floor beachfront options in Panama City Beach, look no further than PCB Paradise at Edgewater.

This 2 bedroom / 2 bath beauty is located on the 1st floor in the quieter Windward building (only 6 stories) yet offers you all the amenities of PCB's only full-service resort.

Skip the elevator (if you prefer) and step inside to coastal chic and immediately soak in the amazing view of the Gulf from our floor to ceiling windows and private balcony. The spacious and comfortable living room allows you to relax and enjoy the beach view; it features a sleeper sofa. The full kitchen is stocked and ready for meals, snacks and drinks.

Our Master bedroom offers a king sized bed with ensuite bath that has a walk in shower and full closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed as well as twin bunks. With the sleeper sofa, PCB Paradise at Edgewater has an 8 guest maximum occupancy (sorry, no pets allowed at Edgewater).

To round out your convenience, we offer complimentary high-speed fiber internet and an in-condo washer/dryer.

The resort's minimum age to rent is 25 (firm). No pets, parties, or smoking allowed, Guest must sign a rental agreement and agree to a $300 damage hold placed on their credit card before the stay. Booking includes two parking passes; a 3rd is available upon request for $40 + tax/fees.

Perfectly AMAZING!

This was a return trip staying with Jenny and I can promise it will not be our last! If you are looking for a perfect spot on the beach, a beautiful condo, someone great to work with and an AMAZING VACATION, this is your place! Condo is not bbq only beautiful but stocked with everything you need! Blender, cooking items, cookie sheets even beach towels! Book with Jenny and enjoy your vacation!!!!

Wonderful and relaxing

We had a great stay at this condo. It was clean, perfectly located and very well supplied. The communication with Jenny was top notch and she was willing to do go above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I definitely recommend staying in this condo for your vacation!

Perfekt!!! Die Lage in einem der niedrigen Häusern und 1. Stock ist perfekt!Jenny die Vermittlerin super - reagiert total schnell und ist sehr bemüht. Wir haben schon das zweit Mal in Folge gebucht.

Perfect!

One of our best vacations! We have a family of six with four teenagers and we had plenty of room. This is a spacious and beautiful place to stay. The view of the beach is unlike any place we have stayed. Top Golf, bowling alley, shopping, and great restaurants near by. This place is home run and we hope to be back next year! A+ communication and very accommodating. You will truly enjoy your stay!

Nationals Dance Competition

We stayed for my daughter’s nationals competition. The condo was within walking distance. As stressful as dance competitions can be it was nice to be able to come back and just chill and not have to worry about anything. The condo is seriously fully equipped with all the pans and utensils you could need. We didn’t end up eating in too much but at least we didn’t need to buy extras. Waking up to the view and sounds of the ocean is something I never get tired of. Jenny was so helpful with any questions and concerns. Never had a host be so quick to reply before. I have no complaints except we couldn’t stay longer.

Fun vacation

We had beautiful weather so we were able to enjoy lots of beach time and pool time. Condo location worked out well for us. 1st floor enabled us to use the stairs. The condo was well stocked with essentials. There were also beach chairs etc and beach towels !

We had an amazing time at this condo. It was clean and so well equipped. Property owner was above and beyond amazing! Close to everything we wanted to do and more. We will definitely be back

Perfect for our family

This was a very nice unit in a kids-friendly resort. Easy access to the unit, good beach, well equipped kitchen, lots of beach toys provided, friendly staff, excellent communications with owner. Next time we plan a trip to this area, we'll definitely be checking the availability of this rental.

Spacious quiet condo

I rented this condo for the family. For myself, my sister and her husband and my daughter, her fiance and my grand-boy who is 18 months. Highly recommend to all. We truly enjoyed the location and the condo. The realtor/owner was available all the time. Great place and great communication at all times throughout our stay

Beautiful, comfortable Condo

Well kept, beautiful condo with lots of extras to enjoy your vacation. Beach toys, chairs, umbrella, blankets, lots of pillows, and all your needs! Beautiful view from all the glass windows! Our family felt right at home!

Nice condo at Edgewater

We really enjoyed this property while on a trip for my daughter's dance team. I would recommend! Condo is light and bright. The second bedroom's bathroom is huge and renovated. We actually all ended up using that shower vs the master bathroom shower. On the far end of the Edgewater Resort so it is a little less crowded at the beach and also has a nice pool that is next to the building.

2 bedroom condo right on the beach and near pool- excellent views of the ocean!

This was a great condo with everything you need for a great stay! We had a large family and rented this and Sunkissed and it was nice being so close. Jenny is a great host and very responsive to questions during your stay. We will be back!

Wonderful condo and stay

Jenny was a great host! We loved your beautiful condo and the view was so spectacular! We stayed 2 months and enjoyed the lovely furnishings and the beach which was amazing with the white sand and emerald colors of the gulf. I would definitely recommend this condo for your vacation. Would return ❤️

We had a great time! It was so nice being so close to the beach. We enjoyed playing Pickleball even though we didn’t realize it was an extra fee, so that was sad. We saw dolphins stingrays, and jellyfish so much fun!

Heaven

I have been blessed with many vacations but have never felt the need for a review. This condo has everything you need including soap, shampoo and beach towels! I told a friend it had everything except a toothbrush and insta pot! The location is perfect! The view of your balcony is breathtaking! The hostess is the absolute BEST! We had an issue and she had someone there in a matter of just about 10 minutes! Couldn’t ask for more!!! Remember you are only very few steps to the water!! You will not be disappointed (until you have to leave) even the bed was comfy!! The towels and bedding were even luxurious!! Comfy furniture in the living area also!! I honestly can’t say enough good things about Jenny or her condo!!

My Special One’s Trip

I just arrived back home from this lovely condo. I took my special-needs adult daughter and her former caretaker. We had a wonderful week and did not want to leave. The condo is perfectly located on 1st floor with amazing views of beach and sunsets. I will return to this condo and if you are looking for the perfect place - this is it. Also, the owners are amazing and so willing to assist in any way possible.

Excellent rental

Everything about our trip was wonderful. (Even with and approaching hurricane) Jenny was great to work with. Anything we needed she went above and beyond to help with. This unit was excellent for our family. Beautifully decorated and really clean. Had been many years since we stayed at edgewater and it was nice to see the resort has held up well. Would highly recommend this place for your next vacation.

Cozy home away from home! This was the perfect weekend getaway for all of our friends. Amazing Condo! :)

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of five! We’ve been coming to Edgewater for years and this was the best condo we’ve ever stayed in! The condo was super clean, in a great location (the 1st floor was great for little kids), and Jenny checked in on us throughout our trip! We plan on booking this condo for all future trips! :)
