The large sliding glass door in the living room needs to have window coverings installed. This condo share the area outside of the sliding glass door with another condo. So at night, if your neighbors go into outside they can see everything going on in the living room, dinning room, kitchen and into the bathroom at the other end of the condo.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Your comfort and privacy matter greatly to us, and we're adding window coverings to the living room for a little extra privacy. As a helpful note for future visits, each lanai has privacy dividers between units, and the grassy area between the golf course and the condo is a shared space where guests and owners may occasionally pass by. We're grateful you shared this with us, as feedback like yours helps us make every stay more comfortable. We'd welcome the opportunity to host you again with Gather and look forward to you enjoying the home's updated touches.

Great location for Poipu staying. This trip was our third visit to Pili Mai and our favorite condo yet. We did have a few hiccups but the property manager acted quickly. Looking forward to returning soon

Excellent condo

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Extremely clean, kitchen was well stocked (it even had an air fryer!), beds were so comfortable, spacious. We enjoyed the pool every day and the membership to the Poipu Athletic Club was an amazing perk - we walked there and enjoyed outside workouts, swimming pool with slide. Location is excellent - close to Poipu Beach, restaurants and shopping center. We came with two families and had tons of room. Double master bedrooms was very appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again.

Pili Mai 12A

This property was very clean and comfortable. Air conditioned with ceiling fans in every room. The furniture was comfortable, and the beds were nice. It was well appointed with nice kitchenware. It came equipped with beach chairs, a cooler and some snorkel gear. The facility pool is close by and wonderfully large. BBQs are close by, clean and equipped with gas. Location was convenient to shopping, beaches and restaurants. I recommend this property.

1 week stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It came with all the essentials and more. The beach equipment was really nice to have and in good condition. We didn’t do any cooking, but it came with everything one might need to save some money instead of eating out. The bed and furniture were comfortable. Our only complaint would be that the AC was limited to 72 which is fine during the day, but it would have been nice to have it cooler for sleeping. We will recommend this place to our family and friends.

Great unit, excellent location!

We weren't sure exactly what to expect, as this was a newer listed unit with limited reviews, but it deserves more 5-star reviews! The unit is well kept, and everything we needed for our stay was already there! Kitchen had lots of accessory/appliances, and the Laundry room had plenty of detergent if you left some! Owner and property management were quite reponsive when we had questions. Only used the pool once, since Poipu Beach is so close, but it was nice to have access still! Our group (6 adults) had a wonderful stay here!

perfect size Condo for 6 adults

We chose this condo for its location in Koloa. Perfect size, home away from home, kitchen modern and functional, nice bedrooms, beds comfortable, leather sectional couch, washer and dryer. The clubhouse pool/gym was better than resort style. Aside from the beautiful pool, they had inside/outdoor workout areas, pickleball court, tennis, and basketball. As well as nice bar/restaurant with great service. We also worked out at the condo gym which had a modern equipment. I didnt bring my clubs but i wish i did because we were on a golf course! 15 min walk to local shops and another 10 minutes more to poipu beautiful beaches. great memories
