Daughter stayed here with her friends for her wedding in Kauai. It was an excellent location and close to many amenities. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Bidet toilet were an extra plus. Check-in was super easy. Would highly recommend!

Well furnished property. Great balcony. We stayed dry on the balcony during the storm. Ice maker did not work. AC units cooled but were somewhat noisey.

Excellent location and property. Beautiful area conveniently located to numerous beaches, shops, and restaurants and had all the things we needed to make the stay great. The owner was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. Definitely would stay there again.

Host was very good with their check-in communication and during stay. Nice location with great views and within walking distance of restaurants and beach. Kitchen also had everything you could possibly need including an ice crushing machine.

This condo was the nicest we stayed in during our 10 day island-hopping tour of Hawaii. The unit was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we could ever have wanted! The location was good, and guests could benefit from knowing they are located in a golf course community as well. The view was lovely!

Quiet place well located close drive to Poipu (or walk of your looking for one) and Koloa. Clean and cozy, private golf course adds views out to ocean. Clean and comfortable, and one of few options with three beds and baths without renting a house

The moment we entered the condo we knew we had chose well for our stay in Koloa/Poipu. The condo was beautifully appointed and decorated with Hawaiian/tropical artwork. We especially liked the lanai, we sat out every morning drinking our coffee overlooking the golf course and the ocean in the distance. So peaceful and a great way to start the day! The kitchen was fully stocked which made it easy to have a meal. Everything that we needed for a pleasant stay was provided. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels etc...This place had it all! Did I mention how clean and organized it was? Thank you Bernadette, we had a lovely stay!

The condo was fully stocked with everything you needed from going to the beach to cooking a full meal for the whole family. We loved staying there because it was comfortable and location was perfect.

This place was truly a retreat. It was well maintained and very clean. It had comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, updated decor and an excellent, calming atmosphere. The balcony gave great views of the golf course and was a cozy spot to read on our rainy day.

This is a beautiful condo, with lots of kitchen and beach amenities, well-made, comfortable furnishings. The 3 bedroom/3bath layout provides maximum privacy for guests. We loved the views, privacy, and quietness. Location was good with nice stores and restaurants within a 1/2 mile walk and lovely beach within a mile walk. Owners/Managers were super responsive.

The condo is a great property! The views of the golf course and ocean in the distance is top-notch beautiful. We spent time every day, just hanging out on the lanai and taking in the views.The pool is amazing!...warm water, nice set up, work out room, grills. The pool could be lively or quiet,depending on the time of day, we were there for both. The location was perfect for us! We don't have to be 'ocean front' on any vacation, we prefer the serenity over the busy beach front. The condo is close to everything in Poipu and Koloa...beaches, restaurants, shops, JoJo's (you MUST try JoJo's!!!!), grocery store, etc. It was also a good location for 'day trips' to Waimea, Lihue, Kapaa, etc. We made multiple day trips. The condo is as pictured. The kitchen has more appliances and is better stocked than my own kitchen at home! It was very nice to be able to make meals at the condo to help save funds (which we used for adventures versus food). We did 1 meal out a day, and made the other 2 daily meals at the condo. The condo was well cleaned and the local maintenance crew were amazing, quick to reply, and friendly. Our only "issue" was minor (burnt out light bulbs).The only negative about our stay is that it wasn't long enough! We will definitely reach out to Adam and Bernadette the next time we go to Kauai. They are wonderful hosts!

Our stay at this home never disappoints. The home is beautiful, clean and comfortable. We have never had problems checking in or with the property. The view is amazing. The amenities are part of what brings us back to this home. The owners have always communicated promptly when asked a question. This is our favorite place to stay when we come to Kauai. Which now seems to be every year the past 4- years. Thank you for making our stay amazing.

In a nutshell, everything was perfect! We loved the location, layout and amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped with tools. The three bedrooms were spread out so everyone felt like they had privacy. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The lanai has lots of lounging room with a gorgeous view. Central air kept us comfortable and ceiling fans in every room. The parking spot is right at the bottom of the outside stairs. Washer and dryer with a few starter pods of detergent. The pool and hot tub were close by and convenient enough for a nighttime soak before bed. Bernadette and Adam were so gracious. It made for a fantasy vacation! Thank you for having us.

This place exceeded expectations. The home was immaculate, comfortable, and clearly managed with care. Everything we needed was already there, from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds and inviting living spaces.The location was peaceful and ideal, and it truly felt like a place you could relax in rather than just pass through. The hosts were easy to communicate with and incredibly thoughtful, which made the stay effortless.We’d stay here again in a heartbeat and would confidently recommend it to friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay in Poipu at the Poipu Retreat. The Pili Mai condo was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable for our group of five adults. It provided everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.We enjoyed watching the golfers and beautiful sunsets from the lanai. We also cooked several meals in the gourmet kitchen, which was well stocked with everything we needed.The communication with the owners was exceptional from the very beginning. We had several requests that they were happy to accommodate, and they were always responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.The day we checked out was the day that Hurricane Lowell hit Kauai. We were scheduled to move to another VRBO in Princeville, but the owners of that house would not allow us to check in early. Fortunately, Bernadette and Adam were flexible enough to provide us a very late check-out. We made the drive to Princeville and got in right before Lowell struck the island. We were extremely grateful for their flexibility and thoughtfulness.The day before Lowell struck, the owners warned us and provided us an update on the weather and a link to the Kauai Emergency Management information page which gave us helpful information on how to prepare for the upcoming storm.We would not hestitate to stay here again and plan on doing so again next year. Thank you so much Bernadette and Adam for everything!

Unfortunately, all I can give you are 5 stars...I wish I could give you 10 stars! This unit far exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our family holiday! The location was perfect...close to everything that we wanted to do! There were a couple of minor issues which the maintenance people quickly responded to and handled.Bernadette was so amazing to deal with. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our vacation (after our kids left) for an extra 3 days.We will definitely stay in this unit again!

We enjoyed our stay in Kauai very much. The condo was very clean and comfortable and we appreciated the views of the ocean, golf course and sunsets! Got to see a beautiful rainbow off the balcony and finished the 1,000 piece puzzle in 4 days! Very centrally located in Poipu with lots of dining and shopping nearby. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying in their unit!
