Perfect little spot, with close parking, easy access to the beach, friendly neighbors, very short walk to the pier. Im not much of a vacation in the same spot person but if I were to come back to the area I would stay here.

This property was perfect for our stay in Cocoa Beach. It was very quiet, relaxing and had everything we needed. The beach is within a few steps and the pool is very refreshing. The host was very friendly and checked in on us during our stay. We will be staying here again for sure!

It was perfect for myself and my Husband. Very close to the pier. Kudu steps from the beach.. nice area to clean the sand off when returning from the beach. Beautiful swimming pool. The location it close to everything for shopping restaurants bars etc.. Also,a covered parking spot. we will always try to stay here when we return to cocoa beach.

Well equipped, clean and nicely decorated little condo. Conveniently located to everything Cocoa Beach offers yet tucked away in a very quiet condo community. Can walk along beach to Cocoa Beach Pier. Perfect place for a couple to retreat to and enjoy the beach. Hosts were in touch through the whole rental process. They have organized all the needed information about the condo in a handy binder.

Beach was quiet and beautiful and clean. Condo was everything we had hoped for. The bed was the comfiest we’ve ever experienced while traveling. I loved the keyless entry and the parking was very close. Area was very safe and close to restaurants. Very nice place. Host was very responsive and checked on us to see if we needed anything.

We had a great stay. The unit was well stocked with kitchen essentials and beach supplies, and everything was very clean, which we really appreciated since that can be hit or miss with short-term rentals. The beach is an easy walk, and the heated pool was a nice bonus. The only downside was the couch, which is not very comfortable, but overall we were very happy with our stay, and we would happily stay here again. We’re already looking forward to our next trip!

The location is superb! Lovely quiet, well kept place and grounds. The heated pool was a delight and the beach access was the best. Furnishings and housewares were nice. The hosts were kind and helpful.

Very convenient location. The weather didn't cooperate, so we didn't spend much time at the beach or make use of the equipment provided for it. We didn't use the pool. It was nice to be able to use our streaming service on the TV. For those who are mainly interested in the beach, it would be the perfect place.No complaints.

The rental was comfy and well equipped. My only (minor) complaints are that1) the actual unit is not ocean view or ocean front (it seemed that way from the description that it was "ocean view." The view was of the parking lot and the condo courtyard. This didn't impact our enjoyment as the beach access is literally from the back of condo courtyard. There was just no ocean or beach view from the condo. You could see the dunes a bit but not the actual beach or ocean.2) the mattress protector was on the bed was terrible! It was very loud and crinkly and made me feel like I was sleeping in a diaper. There are mattress protectors that are waterproof and more pleasant than an elasticed plastic sheet directly under the top sheet.Overall we had a nice stay at the condo. The condo was clean and well equipped. We loved the pool and the easy beach access. There were beach items (cooler, chairs, towels) at the condo that were a nice touch. Great place to stay for the two of us!

Interesting, because we don't say anywhere in our ad that we have a "view". The pictures also indicate that there's no view or we would show pictures from the windows or patio of the "view". We do say, "Situated within a direct oceanfront complex", which the Cocoa Beach Club is. But I'm sorry that you made the assumption that there would be a view despite us not mentioning having one.

Great location on Cocoa Beach. Just a couple buildings south of the Cocoa Beach Pier that has a lifeguard station. No need to pay the 30 parking at the pier. I took a surfing lesson at the pier and we also saw two rocket launches from the beach. We liked the heated pool. We liked being on the ground floor, easy in and out and very convenient parking. View from the room is to the courtyard and pool. Stephanie is responsive and easy to work with.
