Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you found it clean with good location and parking. We appreciate your understanding that the balcony was unavailable due to building enhancements and the pool was also closed. These temporary restrictions were disclosed in the listing, but we recognize how they impacted your experience. We appreciate your note about limited seating options beyond the bed, and this is helpful feedback as we consider furnishing improvements. Mahalo for choosing Ali'i Beach Rentals!

Thank you for your feedback on your stay with us! We truly appreciate you noting the accuracy of our listing and the property's key features, and we will have our team look into the closet storage issue to ensure full space availability for our guests. We're delighted that despite the minor concerns, you had a great experience and would consider staying with us again. Mahalo for choosing Ali'i Beach Rentals!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience with the parking, and we understand how frustrating that can be. As soon as you notified us, we worked quickly to provide an alternative option, and we will be following up with the building to ensure this does not happen again. Regarding the noise, Waikiki is a lively and bustling city, and some level of street sound is expected in this area, especially in centrally located buildings. Many guests find earplugs helpful, and we’re always happy to offer tips for a quieter stay. We do take all guest feedback seriously, and we regularly inspect and monitor our units to ensure they meet our standards. While we understand this stay did not meet your expectations, we hope you were still able to enjoy your time on the island. Mahalo

Thank you for such a detailed and thoughtful review! We're glad you found the condo clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and that the smooth check-in process got your vacation off to a great start. We do want to mention that the parking clearance of 6'2" and the note about trucks and large SUVs not being recommended is actually included in our property description. We appreciate your suggestions about cooking oil and will look into replacing those pans to improve the cooking experience. It's wonderful that you loved the bidet, found the AC effective (despite the noise!), and appreciated practical touches like the clothes rack for quick drying. Your insights about potential noise and light issues will help future guests pack accordingly for that perfect Waikiki location. Mahalo for choosing Ali'i Beach Rentals!
