Hi, I’m Jen! My husband Rob and I personally own and manage Big Bear and our sister property, Eagle Ridge Log Home, both overlooking beautiful Newfound Lake.

We take tremendous pride in our homes and have thoughtfully designed every detail to create an exceptional New Hampshire log home experience. Big Bear was designed especially with families in mind, with plenty of space to gather, relax and make memories together.

One of the things we love most about Big Bear is its peaceful location on the north side of Newfound Lake and the spectacular views overlooking the lake and surrounding mountains.

Newfound Lake is just a short distance from the home, and the Hebron town beach is approximately .3 miles away. We provide a beach parking pass for one vehicle so our guests can easily enjoy summer days on one of New Hampshire’s most beautiful and pristine lakes.

A few important things to know before booking:
Big Bear accommodates a maximum of 10 registered guests, including children. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Animals, smoking, parties and events are not permitted.

For the protection of our hardwood floors, skis, ski boots and crampons must remain outside the living areas. We also ask that guests remove their shoes when entering the home.

Prior to arrival, guests are required to complete our rental agreement and hot tub acknowledgment and provide the names and addresses of all registered guests.

Exterior security cameras are located on the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home, in private guest areas or anywhere near the hot tub.

Failure to follow the occupancy requirements or house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund.
