The house comfortably sleeps up to 10 people with 5 bedrooms, including 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed, our tremendous property offers ample space for guests to relax and unwind. The 4 full bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers for your convenience. There is a 1/2 bath on the main level as well. Walk right out onto our sundeck with our beautiful elevated pool. Enjoy our in-pool lounge chairs or our deck loungers. There is a large covered area for dining and a seating area for relaxing in the shade while still enjoying the beautiful views and breezes. Whether you're lounging in the cozy living room or floating in the sundeck pool, our property provides the perfect home away from home. Enjoy the picturesque sunsets, the calm beach waters and sounds of the waves and ocean. Watch dolphins play, collect seashells in abundance, revive the mind, body and soul.

Enjoy the quaint charm of our beautiful house, complete with amenities like WiFi, an iron, heating, AC, and a washing machine. For you security there are surveillance cameras on all exterior areas of the home and turtle friendly exterior lighting. The interior is beautifully decorated and features motorized blinds for privacy in the evenings or if you just need to sleep in a little longer, but most will want to enjoy every moment in this beautiful home.

Since the house is right on Fort Myers Beach you are just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico. There are beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from the patio and your own private walkway to the beach. You will walk right out the back door onto the 7-mile stretch of white, sugar sand beach that the island is famous for. The beach has been revitalized. Over 28 restaurants and bars are open and jet skiing, parasailing and fishing are back. Publix grocery store is open. Beachfront Bliss boasts an absolutely stunning master suite with a private balcony and plenty of comfortable seating. The balcony provides gorgeous views of our world renowned beaches and sunsets. There is even a fire table for any cool evenings. The master also a has huge walk-in shower and closet. The living area and bedrooms all have HD TV's, WIFI, cable and ceiling fans. The private elevator offers convenience and ease for groceries and luggage. This property is the ULTIMATE LUXURIOUS beach home! Our house is located mid island and is in a quiet residential neighborhood, is within walking distance to the more busy areas of the beach like Times Square and Margaritaville. The location is ideal for those seeking a peaceful getaway while still having convenient access to amenities. Fort Myers Beach offers miles of pristine sandy beaches, wonderful shelling, and a wide variety of water sports including jet-skiing, parasailing, swimming, fishing, and boating. All of these activities are within walking distance of our house. And there is world-class golfing nearby.

The other 2 bedrooms on the top level both have king beds and 65" HD TV's. They share a bathroom that has a bath/shower combo.

The forth bedroom located on the main floor has a queen-size bed, 65" HD TV and a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The fifth bedroom, also located on the main floor has 2 twin beds, 65" HD TV and a private bathroom with a walk in shower.

The kitchen is gourmet in every design with breakfast bar, quartz countertops and state of the art stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, glass induction cooktop, convection oven, coffee maker and more. All necessary cookware, drinkware and dinnerware is available. We also have an outdoor kitchen with built-in gas grill for outdoor cooking. If you prefer to dine out, there are many restaurants, 28 and counting at this point have opened since Hurricane Ian.

The family room has very comfortable furniture, a 85" HD TV and cable TV. There are also throws for the furniture if needed. There is a large balcony with dining table and chairs off the family room. This area is perfect in the morning to enjoy breakfast and watch the dolphins swim off shore, sometimes swimming within 10 feet of the shore. This is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet dinner with a glass of wine while enjoying our spectacular sunsets.

Additional amenities include central air-conditioning and heating, a full-size washer and dryer, along with bed and bath linens. Beach chairs and beach towels are available for you to use. The free beach trolley stops just steps from our house, hours are currently limited.

A new Publix Supermarket is open on the island and a drugstore, movie theater, and shopping are minutes away by car or island trolley. Behind the Publix is the Junkanoo and Fresh Catch Bistro restaurants along with the back bay marina where there are boat rentals.
