Living Room: Bask in the glow of the 55” Smart TV with backlighting and access your Netflix, Disney+ +, Apple TV, YouTube accounts, and more. The couch effortlessly transforms into additional sleeping accommodations for two, with pillows and blankets stored under the seat for easy access. The coffee table converts into a padded footrest by simply flipping the top over. Unwind in the relaxing atmosphere filled with unique lighting and bamboo features.

Kitchen: The kitchen is well-equipped, filled with everything you could need throughout your stay including a fridge with freezer, full-size sink, two-burner gas stove, two-shelf oven, high-end cookware/bakeware, quality dishes, cutlery, cups, wine glasses, rocks glasses, and shot glasses. You’ll also find a blender, an electric kettle, and even a Nespresso machine with a built-in milk foamer. Settle in at the dining table set for 4 and enjoy some local Italian pasta, munch on leftover pizza, or create your own culinary masterpieces. Use the Kitchen Alexa to adjust the kitchen lighting, turn up the heat, play music, answer questions, check the weather, or even tell you a joke.

Bathroom: Here you’ll find all the amenities you could wish for, such as a spacious glass shower with a dual shower head, built-in shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers, a washer/dryer unit, a dual flush toilet, a large mirror with a dimmable 3-temperature light, Bluetooth capability for music in the shower, and an anti-fog setting. There's also a blow dryer, a full-size sink, and plenty of counter space and cabinet space for skincare and makeup.

Bedroom: Sure to be your favorite room in the house, the bedroom is tied together with a queen-sized, pillow-top, memory foam mattress, soft and cozy sheets, a 40" Smart TV, a padded headboard, nightstands complete with wireless charging stands, a full-body mirror and a functional wardrobe. Enjoy the bamboo features, the unique lighting, and the comfortable setting.

Office: Nestled within its own nook of the bedroom is a workspace perfect for the professional on the go. Sit in the cozy, roller chair, scoot up to the desk, turn on the lamp, and get down to business. Take those pesky work calls in comfort with a large round mirror to make sure you look presentable. Here to play hard, not work hard? Use this area as a vanity for your morning routine instead.

Patio: Enjoy the relaxing, lakeside breeze on the outdoor patio. Though this is a shared space, you will rarely find anyone else back there. We've cultivated a little garden for our guests to enjoy, consisting of a lemon and a kumquat tree, berries, and fresh herbs. Please use them responsibly so future guests may enjoy them as well! Sit down for a candlelit meal at the historic stone patio table, or just enjoy the view of the lush garden from the windows of the house.

To the Lake: Step out of your front door, go down the stairs, turn left, then right and you are on the lake in less than 30 seconds! The local Sala Comacina sand beach is just a short 3-minute walk away as well.

Nearby Amenities:
There are several restaurants and bars within a 1-5 minute walk along the lake. A small market, butcher shop, a fresh fruit and veggie stand are all within a 3-minute walk.

Transportation: The apartment is just a 2-minute walk from the main C10 bus stop making it easy to access the home upon arrival, effortless to hop on the bus for adventures, and quick to check out and head back home. The ferry stop is a short 5-minute walk away for your convenience as well.


Guest Access:
Set up for self-check-in, simply follow your guest-access instructions & information (sent a few days before your arrival) and you'll be all set! Grab your key from the lockbox, enter your vacation home, kick off your shoes, and let your vacation begin!

Other things to note:
*Please use this space gently, as we want each guest who follows your stay to enjoy it just as much as you did!

*This apartment is located in a charming and historic part of the lake, is separated from the main road by a set of cobblestone steps, and has a set of stairs inside the apartment as well. Therefore, we don’t recommend this space for those who have difficulty walking.

*While we welcome all guests, this space is not ideal for babies or toddlers, and as such, there are no available amenities for young children.
