Bedrooms were large and the view was spectacular off the balcony. Location was central to everywhere you’d want to go.

Great location! Walking distance from restaurants, cafes, pharmacy etc Beautiful views from the balcony. The layout was a little different than what I thought but we didn’t spend too much time there . We were out and about daily. The AC worked great and they had all the amenities you need. We arrived after hours and the check in process was really easy. If we had any questions the office was right next door and we would pop in and ask for help with transportation questions etc. overall we loved our stay and would recommend it and definitely come back :)

Our Menaggio Apartment was in the most perfect location in a beautiful town on a beautiful lake. You feel like you’re living in a postcard. Menaggio is a great landing spot in Lake Como quiet, cute, and great restaurants. The apartment is right on the lake with an almost private beach. The apartment has a very quirky layout and furnishings. The house were very, very responsive to everything we ever needed. Highly recommend.

Amazing location. 1 block from the ferry and bus stops. 2 blocks to main city center. Air conditioning was not the best (didn’t work in main bedroom). “Private beach” listed in description is dirty with piles of wood and boats stored on the shore so there really isn’t space to hang out and it’s not an appealing/clean “private beach”. For great beach time, walk 10 minutes to Victoria beach. It’s a bit expensive to rent an umbrella, but it’s beautiful and high end. Overall, you are paying for the location of this apartment and it’s worth it.

We loved this VRBO for our trip to Mennagio! It had a great view of the lake and was within walking distance of the town square where the restaurants and shopping were located. It was also within walking distance to the ferry pickup point and the private sailboat tour we did. Check in was easy and the host was so nice to walk us in and show us around and give suggestions about nearby restaurants.The place was clean and was the perfect set up for us since we had our two adult children traveling with us. They had their own bedroom and bathroom which is a must! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Menaggio!

The property was not at all what we expected . Poorly furnished, inadequate supplies in the kitchen, dirty blankets, air not working properly in the master bedroom, floors preventing door to bedroom from closing, etc. The management company attempted to solve most urgent needs but the property just needs work overall.

We loved this apartment! It was one of very few we saw right on the water with beach access. Every day we sat on the balcony watching ducks and swans on the beach below and admiring the views. The management company is nearby and accessible.

Great for families

Traveling with 3 small kids. The private beach was perfect for the kids. Location was walkable to EVERYTHING, no more than 10 minutes walking to anything. Main square, ferry, markets, promenade, boat rentals, etc. wonderful location, wish we had stayed longer.

Great location

Everything about this property was easy. The check in process and the location were great. There’s easy access to everything in town as well as the ferry which made it easy to bounce from town to town. The view and the balcony from the main bedroom are also pretty great.

We loved our stay at this apt. The online description is accurate with a few changes to the furnishings. The apt is close to everything. The view through the windows is amazing! In the morning and after dinner, we spent time on the balcony enjoying the view! The property manager was very helpful and informative. We would definitely stay here again!

Four friends visit Lake Como

The property was light airy and spacious. Overlooking the lake the views were beautiful and we enjoyed the peace and tranquillity.It was a short walk into Menaggio for restaurants, bars and shops and just a few minutes walk to the ferry terminal for visiting other places.The staff at Lake Como holidays were pleasant, informative and very helpful We would recommend this and would happily return.

Menaggio tosca 1, 2, 3

We had a great stay for 16 people at menaggio Tosca 1, 2, and 3. The property is at a very convenient and beautiful location. Although we had trouble communicating with the office, they allowed us to store our bags after checkout which was appreciated.
