Welcome to "Lakeshore Resort"- located w/in walking from Lake Norman. Located ion 1.5 acres, this "resort" combines 2 VRBO's on 1 property to produce an incredibly comfortable & fun resort for the whole family. Sleeps 30 people w/ 21 beds & 7 full bathrooms. Incredible game room inside includes pool table, ping pong, arcades, foosball, air hockey & more. Outside, you have a large private pool, hot tub, sand volleyball, pickleball, basketball, putt putt, playground, mega chess, bowling and a fire pit. 3 access lots included w/ boat ramps and a boat dock. Fun for the whole family!

Backyard is truly a resort for entire family. Completely private and incredibly fun. Outside of the private pool & hot tub below are activities outside:

Located off Langtree exit off I-77, Lakeshore Resort is located in a beautiful safe neighborhood. Parking for up to 16 vehicles. 2 large driveways. You will see 3 separate "homes." 2 are connected with a breezeway. One is separate by the driveway. As you enter into the larger home you will see the first of two living rooms on your right. You will see 2 kitchen tables seating 16 people and nearby you will see an island and our fully stocked kitchen. We have stocked the kitchen with dozens of amenities so that you can cook for a large family. Some of our favorite small appliances in the kitchen included Ninja Blender, Keurig Duo Coffee pot (individual coffee cups or brew a pot), George Foreman Grill & many more. One of two laundry rooms is located off the kitchen.

This home has 7 sleeping areas w/ 14 beds sleeping 20 total with a 4k Roku TV located in every single bedroom. With the living rooms & game room that's a total of 10 4k Roku TVs w/ 1 GB wifi.

As you circle around the kitchen you will see the second living room with comfortable leather furniture. To the right of the living room is our kids room with 2 bunk beds, TV, movies & games. There is a full bathroom with shower/tub located near kids room.

Upstairs in the main house you will find 3 total bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The Primary bedroom with kingsize bed and private attached bath and balcony w/ 4k Roku TV. Large walk-in closet and double vanities.

The second bedroom upstairs is another large room with a very comfortable king-size bed w/ 4k Roku TV. The third bedroom upstairs has a queen-size bed & 4k Roku TV.

Located downstairs by second living room is a breezeway that connects to a second "house" with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The first thing you will see as you enter into the second house is the incredibly large game room. The game room has a ping pong table, Gandy pool table, Air Hockey table, Foosball Table, 9 Ft. Shuffleboard Game & 2 Arcade games including 26 arcade games including Ms. Pac-Man, Galaga, StreetFighter II & many more. There is a kitchenette in the game room along with a 2nd full laundry room. A full bathroom w/ tub is located downstairs as well.

As you enter upstairs you will see the second full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Across from the bathroom is another kids room w/ 2 bunk beds with slides. The second bedroom upstairs has a king-size bed and the third bedroom includes 2 queen-size beds. Again every room has a 4k Roku TV.

The separate home we lovingly call "Lakeshore Cottage" and includes 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. As you enter into this home, you will notice a very unique layout with three bedrooms on the main floor and upstairs includes the kitchen, living room, dining room and primary bedroom. There is a full bathroom upstairs. The dining room table seats eight people comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked with baking and cooking equipment. There is a Keurig combo coffee machine so you can have single serve or make your own pot of coffee. Kitchen has many smaller appliances like Ninja Blender, waffle maker, Hot water kettle, toaster and more. There is a washer dryer combo located in kitchen area. The primary bedroom upstairs has a high quality King-size mattress (Dyonery King 14 Inch Memory Foam Mattress) with a 4k Roku TV and large closet.

Downstairs you will see the large kids room that is "lake themed" with a large mural wallpaper, custom decor including fishing bedding. There are two bunkbeds with a slide on one. In the kids room is an Arcade game that plays 9 different games.

There are two other bedrooms located on the first level. One has a king size bed along with a 4K Roku TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed with double doors to be able to walk out on back patio. There is a full bathroom with tub downstairs.

On the back of the house there is a small patio with beautiful, comfortable outdoor furniture. There is also a gas grill.

The backyard includes a very large deep pool (8 foot deep) with a diving board and slide. Included with your stay are several floats and toys for the kids. Outdoor furniture to lay and get sun. There is a 3 person hot-tub that is open all year. Saltwater Pool is open April 15 - October 15th and is not heated in winter. Large back-yard w/ 8 foot privacy fence. There is a grill w/ propane provided and grilling utensils. There is even a charcoal grill if you want to "rough it" (charcoal not provided).

This home includes 3 access lots to Lake Norman. You will be given a key to enter into the access lots where you can kayak, paddleboard, swim and/or boat. One Access Lot 2 there is a brand new boat dock that Mak Rentals help pay for to give you ease to load and unload your boat. Cannot keep boat on dock but can take out and park on our property. Boat rentals are nearby. 2 Pets allowed with $250 pet fee. If you have more pets please reach out and price is determined by breed and size.
