This 5 bdrm Beachfront House sits right on the Boardwalk. Enjoy breathtaking views while you BBQ and dine outside on the deck overlooking the ocean. Sit and relax in Adirondack chairs while drinking a coffee or beverage on the front observation porch. Stream a movie on TV while shooting a game of billiards in the great room.



The Space:

You will be renting a private home in a fully remodeled "Beach Pad'' two family building . The Beach Pad has been through a complete property transformation.



Level 3: Additional Living level with half bathroom

Bedroom 6 with one queen

Bedroom 7 with one queen

Center hall full bath

Bedroom 8 with two full beds access to Jack/jill bathroom

The Ocean Penthouse on levels 3 and 4 of the building features a huge open great room that flows from indoors to an outdoor observation porch with Adirondack chairs and two decks. Off the kitchen is one of the decks for grilling and outdoor dining.

Each home boasts multiple private outdoor seating areas to ensure you will have complete tranquility. The design of the "Beach Pad'' infuses modern touches in the lighting and finishes and amps up the amenities such as a flat screen Samsung TV in each bedroom, bedside sconces with switches and conveniently placed outlets.



Master bedroom with a King bed has direct access to a deck and master bath suite with high end finishes. The upper level has four bedrooms and two baths.

Guest Access:

Pets are welcome for an additional fee, no need to leave furry family members behind. We include a welcome kit with your pet fee so that you have the basics covered for the family's best friend.



The front yard is our neighborhood Bartram Park where you can stroll through the farmers market on Sunday's or bring a folding chair to catch a free movie with friends or the family. Our beach includes public bathrooms and showers for convenience. Walking towards Ventnor offers superb family-oriented parks and recreation. The Lower Chelsea neighborhood is the best kept secret in Atlantic City. It's a low-key high amenity location with access and transportation to everything the city has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

Bartram Beach Homes is committed to the safety and security of all involved during a booking and we ensure our owner’s homes are also protected. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through our third-party provider, Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification.



We will also be emailing you the short-term rental agreement to sign via PandaDoc. To do this, we will ask for your email address outside of the Airbnb platform so we can send the agreement directly to you. Please sign it prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.



Additionally, to ensure a smooth and secure booking process, the person making the reservation must be the same as the cardholder whose payment method will be used to confirm the booking.

3) The "Ultimate Beach Tower" is a beach block 11 brm, 15 bd, 7 full bath, 3 half-bath building
