We had a wonderful host and owner. They were great to deal with and very accommodating! It was the coziest cottage on a quiet street that was perfect for our couples getaway. We can’t wait to go back. It was a picture walk to Seaside Chapel, pool, downtown and to the beach.
The complementary bikes were perfect for daily rides and it has the perfect front porch for sipping coffee

Great place

We really like staying here. The community and fun of Seaside is a great experience. Close to the beach - having bikes to ride are fun- shops and Modica Market couldn’t be better. The restaurants and bars are great too. The house was perfect for two of us. Overall was a great vacation for both of us.

Great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect long weekend getaway for 2. Located in the best location in Seaside proper. 2 blocks to town square, quick and easy access to the beach, and basically next door to the pool. Watch your step on the spiral staircase after a few cocktails but other than that it was exactly as described. Would rent again. Also Homeowners Collection staff is wonderful.

For the price, in comparison to the other homes we could have rented in the area- this was pretty much as we expected. Very cute little beach house - the bedroom and bathroom are on the main level and the living area and kitchen was up a tiny staircase. This is a beach cabin feel- NOT a luxury home and it was exactly what we had hoped for!The home is very well situated and beach access and bike rentals were so easy to navigate. The gym is LITERALLY next door and is VERY well equipped. We loved being able to run around the entire area on our bicycles. This was a super trip. Perfect for a couple traveling without kids or maybe with a small, non walking child if you have a pack and play to bring with you. The only thing we didn’t love- was the bed. It wasn’t the most comfortable and would absolutely benefit from some sort of mattress pad or topper- but the pillows were plain awful. They felt like they were full of air. There also weren’t additional blankets I’d suggest having one in the cabinets. We WOULD stay here again- the price point was great, location to amenities even better and it’s a clean, precious little beach cottage. But next time, we will bring our own pillows!

Thank you for such a thorough review! We're so glad the price point, location, and easy access to the beach, bike rentals, and gym lived up to expectations, and that this cozy beach cabin feel was exactly what you were hoping for. We appreciate you sharing your notes on the mattress, pillows, and blankets — we'll pass this along to our team so we can look into a mattress topper, better pillows, and additional bedding for the home. Feedback like this helps us continue improving our properties for future guests. Thanks again for choosing Homeowner's Collection, and we'd love to welcome you back for another Seaside getaway!

Quaint and Charming Private Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seaside is a unique and magical place because of places like Green Gables. My wife and I stayed here 25 years ago and returned for a three day weekend in October. It was a fantastic stay in a private location on the edge of town surrounded by vegetation. Everything was easily accessible from the beach to the town center to swimming pool, tennis courts and trails. The place has great spaces including the screened in porch, vaulted ceilinged living room/kitchen and unique master bedroom.
