Picnic area with grill and 2 pools on property- there is no elevator on property.

The condo is beautifully decorated. All of the areas were clean and smelled fresh. I wish the balcony would have been available, but even though it wasn’t, I still had a fantastic time. We didn’t use the pool due to the chilliness of the weather. The host provided us with everything we needed. I would highly recommend them and I would love to stay there again.

Vacation

Nice updated colors with new floors. Located across the street to beach access, easy walk. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pans to cook or around the corner from Platts if you chose not to cook.

Clean rooms but wasn’t what I was expecting. I feel like It wasn’t what was described on VRBO app. We were celebrating our 30th Anniversary and couldn’t even use the balcony to sit, drink our coffee and talk. It wasn’t disclosed that the balcony couldn’t be used. When we drove up to the condo, first thing we see is some warning tape, and some balconies with plywood. If I had known the balcony wasn’t available I would not have rented the condo. I love sitting on balconies in the morning, afternoon and evening just to wind down and relax. Owner was ok on communication, did state that she was traveling on the same day we were. Other than the day of travel I didn’t have to communicate with owner. Location was fantastic. We love that area a lot. Beds were pretty comfortable, main room not as comfortable as the second bedroom.
This was taped to the sliding glass door when we opened the curtain to see what kind of view we had. Again was not disclosed and it literally says to disclose to guests.

A pleasant stay

My husband and I spent a comfortable, relaxing week at this property. We’ve stayed at this property multiple times(it’s our favorite!) but this was our first time staying at Gloria’s property. She was very pleasant and responded immediately to all inquiries! The condo was well stocked with towels, dishes, cooking implements, and even sand buckets and shovels for kiddos . Very convenient location straight across the road from the beach. Do keep in mind, the unit is located on the 3rd floor and this building doesn’t have an elevator. Not a big deal for us, but could be an issue for some .

We enjoyed staying at the condo, thank you for the clean comfy equiped space. The owners communicated very fast, faster than I could. Don't forget to print your parking pass! It is unfortunate about the ongoning construction and deck closures (July 2026); it is quite disappointing as we travel with young children who need to nap. Construction is out of the owners control however, and they messaged with us to help remediate the issue and apologize. Would certainly stay again. Looking forward to the new decks.

Great location in Cherry Grove and very reasonable price. The balcony was under renovation and not accessible. I booked the condo in February for our June trip and don’t recall seeing this disclosure but we were hardly in the room, so not a deal breaker. Beach was just across the street with quick and easy access. Room is ideal for family with small children as there is only one full bathroom and a 1/2 bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a small chair that could be further extended as a bed for a small child. There were two boys in our party who didn’t want to share the same bed so the fold out chair came in handy! Liked having a king size bed in the master. Overall I would stay here again!

Pros- condo location, poolCons- unaware of the extent of patio renovations taking place. No view at all due to plywood and plastic covering our patio sliding doors. Bedroom curtains also remained closed due to construction workers at the window. Loud hammering and banging so loud it actually shook the bed and walls several mornings before 8am. This definitely impacted our vacation negatively. Also had to kill 2 large bugs

We understand how disappointing it is when construction noise and obstructed views interfere with a vacation. Unfortunately, these HOA-managed repairs were beyond our control, but we did our best to communicate the project in advance and appreciate your patience during this necessary work. I also apologize about the insects you encountered. While we have the condo professionally treated on a regular schedule, the coastal environment can occasionally allow pests inside despite our best efforts. We have shared your comments with our pest control company to ensure they pay extra attention during their next visit. Thank you again for your honest review. We value your feedback and hope you'll consider staying with us again once the renovation project is complete so you can enjoy the full view experience.
