Check-in was really simple. This is a 2nd floor unit and the view is great, can confirm ocean-view looks great no matter time of day. Stayed with a group of 6 and could easily sleep 10 depending on the makeup of your group/folks who will share beds. Water pressure is among the best of any place I've stayed. Extremely easy beach access. Laundry is coin operated and machines are in good shape and worked well

This property was very nice! To be noted…. There is no A/C (which IS listed, just hard to find in the listing), also it looks like this property is ground level; it is not. None of these things are a deal breaker for this property. Overall the gist was very responsive and the property was clean. I would definitely stay here again and/or recommend!

Home was perfect for our family this year, living and dining all connected for a great view whatever you are doing.Great morning walk and coffee on the patio. Beach views were amazing and location for kids and walking outstanding. Lifeguard camp was in full swing and was fun to watch all the little lifeguards working hard.

Perfect location and great for a large group. The place is not in pristine condition but that is reflected in the price. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved the place. Location was perfect and the Newport Beach Vacation Service was responsive and helpful. It is nice to have 2 parking spots and there were enough towels and beddings for the guests to use.

I book thru VRBO and it was easy To do but to do check in it was a hassle having to go to the office and given different instructions! I have nothing bad to say about the location and stay, we when on a family trip and my kiddos enjoy having the beach front gateway has no words!!!

We had a wonderful stay. My only complaint is there was a musty smell, maybe this is usual with the close proximity to the ocean.Communication regarding payment was challenging but eventually resolved. Communication about the loose cable making noise during the night was also a bit challenging but again was resolved satisfactorily. Thanks for a great spot to celebrate with my sisters.

This unit had a great layout and can accommodate many guests for sleeping and hanging out. Beach access is fabulous! The kitchen is not well equipped and much of the cookware and utensils are very old and unusable so cooking for large groups is almost impossible. There was a great deal of rust on kitchen sink and the main drain in the sink was just a hole with a drain plug in it. Very nice to have a patio but the patio furniture was mostly unusable due to rust, dirt and cracking. Many of the blankets and linens were not washed and had visible stains and remnants. Rusty shower caddies and hard to operate shower and closet doors seem like an easy correction but were not addressed. Highly recommend the beach equipment rental company advertised in the unit. Responsive, convenient and affordable!! Overall a good stay but a few improvements in the unit could go a long way.

Overall a really great place to stay! You cannot beat the location. The view from the property is absolutely gorgeous! Kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to cook full meals easily. There could be a few improvements like new towels and having body soap/shampoo in all bathrooms but in general I would come again!

Amazing Beach Access

This VRBO was perfect for our family's needs. The beach access was amazing, and it was a short walk to some cute little shops. We traveled with our kids, 4 of them adults and the house had enough space to spread out. The living/gathering area was perfect for games and meals, and the view was amazing.

Great Location

Beachfront location

Very walkable to beach and restaurants. Very spacious and well supplied. I would have given it 5 stars all around except there was a power outage (which wasn't their fault) which was an inconvenience but my mom really enjoyed her 90th birthday surprise.

Birthday Away

Fantastic location. Few steps and your on the sand . Great people watching up and down the bike path. Only 1 block until you hit restaurants/bars etc for a meal or nightlife.

Great space, great location, needs some updates

Positives- great large space, plenty of beds and baths for a large group of people. Excellent location with walkability to activities. Negatives- no beach towels (they are offered at an additional “rental” fee), beds/linens need upgrading especially for the ratw, too many checkout rules.

We do apologize that the bed linens were not satisfactory and we will definitely make note of that. Majority of beach rentals don't provide beach equipment. Sometimes we have beach equipment left over from previous guests which we do leave in the homes. It is also very common to have basic check out rules like the ones we have, but we are sorry that this was an issue for you. Lots of room

The condo is very spacious. We were a party of 7. Never felt we were in each others way. We enjoyed the large dining table and large comfortable sofa. The beds were comfortable. Lots of water pressure and hot water. Off street parking is a real plus in this neighborhood. Wifi service was a little spotty. Easy check in and check out.
