Our team inspected the settings, timers, and condenser, and it was established that when the a/c reaches the desired temperature it automatically shuts off. Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you had an enjoyable stay overall, but we’re sorry several aspects of the home fell short of expectations. The home is set up for up to ten guests, with a twin trifold floor mat provided for the additional sleeping space, and we understand this arrangement may not have been ideal for your group. We’re also sorry for the frustration with the A/C and refrigerator. We did not receive a report about the A/C during your stay, but our Operations team inspected it after your departure and cleared a clogged drain. They also found a faulty air damper in the refrigerator and replaced it to restore proper airflow. We appreciate you sharing your experience and hope to have the opportunity to host you again.
