Thank you for your feedback. We take cleanliness and guest safety seriously. We were surprised by this review because the concerns were not raised after your first stay. Instead, they were reported during your second reservation and were described as issues affecting both the first and second stays. Given that you chose to book and return to the property a second time during the same trip, we were surprised to learn that the accommodations were allegedly unacceptable during the initial stay. When the concerns were brought to our attention, we responded promptly, issued a $230 goodwill refund, and addressed each item with the appropriate members of our team. Regarding the smoke detector, one unit in an upstairs bedroom had become detached from the ceiling but still contained a working battery. Additionally, multiple other smoke detectors on the same floor were installed and functioning properly. We appreciate guest feedback and use it to improve our property and operations. While we regret that the stay did not meet your expectations, we made every effort to address the concerns presented and resolve the matter professionally.
