Great communication, location, property. Tons of space inside and out to hang as a group or have some alone time. Close to town and a walk/bike path. Only con for us was the very soft feather pillows and direct TV not working for Sunday football. Even with those things, would still return and recommend! Thanks for a great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This house was perfect for our group of 12 - there was so much space for everyone to spread out and we loved that we could walk into town! The windows and views were amazing and everyone thought the beds were extra comfy. We would stay here again for sure!

What an exquisite property the photographs don’t do it justice. The grounds are so beautiful with deer hummingbirds, hawks lizards, dragonflies, fruit trees and magnificent pops of color everywhere overlooking vineyards down the hillside. A short walk down the beautiful bike path along the historic mission vineyards and you’re in Sonoma Plaza with all it has to offer.The villa pool is a real highlight and all the outdoor seating and eating areas. The kitchen is huge and so well equipped for catering. All the bedrooms had such comfortable beds and en suite, beautiful bathrooms.The hosts are so accommodating and attentive. We are very sad to leave and can’t wait for another visit

Casa Sebastiani was the perfect retreat for a friends' reunion over Memorial Weekend! It's ideally located—easy to get to local trails and wineries, the town square, groceries, etc. And the property itself had everything we could have wanted, from plenty of communal space for group dinners to a great pool for lounging on a lazy day. We wanted a place with enough room so that our larger group could all hang out comfortably, and the beautiful views and comfortably appointed rooms made things even better.Our hosts were excellent, with clear, proactive communication and great attention to detail (I appreciated the driving directions sent in advance, wifi information easily accessible upon arrival, helpful regional suggestions, etc.). Checking in and out was a breeze. We will absolutely be back!

This is a large and spacious home which was ideal for a large family gathering! The six bedrooms comfortably accommodated all of us, and the large kitchen, dining room and gathering room, made cooking, dining and spending time together effortless. The views and outdoor gathering areas were spectacular. The host was terrific with communication!

Host was very communicative from the start leading up to the trip. Responses were very friendly and quick. The host was also acccomodating in letting us know when we could access the property (earlier than anticipated!) and was flexible with a later check out time for no additional charge. The property was gorgeous and very clean. We had no issues or complaints while we were there, but I am sure the host would have been quick to respond and assist if anything came up! We had a lovely stay and it was walkable to downtown Sonoma which was super convenient. Would love to return one day.

Wine Country Dreamhouse

We loved our stay at Casa Sebastiani! It felt like the perfect extension of our Sonoma visit. Great location, so comfortable, and we loved the magnificent views and gorgeous property.

Beautiful house in Sonoma

Great house in a great location. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The views from the property were beautiful, especially in the mornings and evenings. It's close to Sonoma Plaza, so it was easy to get to restaurants, shops, and tasting rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location!

The location is fantastic close to downtown. The history on the house is amazing! The interior can use some touches and the beds were extremely uncomfortable, but being with the family was the best.

Thanksgiving in Sonoma

We gathered as a family to celebrate Thanksgiving and visit vineyards for wine tasting. The house was spectacular and perfectly equipped for our needs.
