At the home, you will feel removed from it all—quiet, private, and surrounded by nature. The Villa is situated atop a hill with stunning views, six minutes up a steep and somewhat curvy road. You will be surrounded by oak trees and the location is in a peaceful and natural setting — although rare, a sighting of harmless gray fox, dear, bugs or snakes may occur. The home is situated down a gated driveway, offering privacy for those seeking anonymity and desire to get away from it all. It’s the kind of place where you can spend the day exploring wine country, then return to something that feels entirely your own.

• Max occupancy: 8 adults (children 3 and under not counted)

• No parties/events; no outdoor amplified sound

• Quiet hours: 9pm–7am (County requirement)

• The pool is heated by solar panels automatically (May-October), and the temperature of the pool will vary on the level of sun exposure to the panels. Optional gas pool heating available for an additional daily fee November-April. The Hot Tub is heated year round at no additional charge.
