Amazing location and very quiet neighborhood that is close to many dining options and walking distance to the white house and GW. highly recommend!!

The location is excellent!! Nice apartment as stated in the listing. My one surprise is that the apartment was a basement so very little natural light. That should be prominent in the listing that the apartment is below ground.

Jeff was an amazing host, and his property managers were super responsive! The 2bd/2ba home was perfect for us. We would highly recommend it to anyone traveling with kids, friends, or two couples. The kitchen was great and served our needs of eggs, bacon, coffee, and toast each morning. A few essentials were graciously left behind and there were plenty of linens, paper towels, soap, trash bags, TP, etc. There were even sealable containers and zip bags for our take out leftovers.I was here for a conference (at the DC Hilton within walking distance) while my husband and adult son took in the sights of DC. The neighborhood is safe, and the metro DuPont Circle station is close so we could get anywhere including a climbing gym in VA. Jeff even keeps a couple of umbrellas here in case you get caught in the rain, which we did! Plenty of great food establishments around and weekend nightlife if you’re into that. The ‘less than awesome’ really only was the construction going on next door which started a little early for us Pacific Time visitors. All in all this was great, and we highly recommend. Thanks Jeff!

This is a lovely clean spacious apartment in a fantastic location. The hosts are welcoming and gave us some great suggestions. They are immediately available if needed. The tulip flower garden is magnificent! It is a showstopper for guests and passersby. We enjoyed restaurants and galleries in the neighborhood and did plenty of walking too. The metro is quite convenient. If you want to stay in DuPont, this is a great spot.

Great spot!

A fantastic location, impeccably clean home and incredibly comfortable beds. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful with all sorts of suggestions of what to see and do and where to eat in the neighborhood.

Great location - you can’t do better. So many restaurants close and the metro is also close by. The unit is nice and clean and the beds comfortable. Do note that this unit in a downstairs unit with small windows and no ‘view’. It is very quiet and comfortable so it was great for us

DC TRIP

It was a wonderful location and beautiful apartment with everything we needed and more. The Owner and Rental office were extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommend staying here for your visit to Washington DC!

Short vacation

We stayed four nights and found the neighborhood to be excellent. Close to Metro red line, very clean, had everything we needed. Owner introduced himself first day, very nice and lots of great places to eat close by as well. Would recommend.

Great for long weekend

My husband, twin 12 y/o’s, and I enjoyed this space for our long weekend to show the kids our capitol. The location is fantastic and a great place to walk around and see DC beyond the mall. The flat was comfortable and provided everything we needed.

Perfect!

This location was chosen for a National Association of Counties conference and it was perfect. It was quiet and clean and close enough to walk to everywhere that was needed. Other conference goers were jealous!

Great stay at Dupont Circle

This was an excellent place to stay. The location was perfect. Great communication from property management which lead to securing a parking pass on the street for our entire stay without added costs! It was storming when we arrived and the umbrella waiting for us in the foyer was a great added touch. It had Plenty of space for me and my daughter. We would definitely stay here again!

Museum trip with my two college-aged kids

I wanted to take my two college-aged kids, who were on spring break, to Washington, D.C., to visit the museums. This property was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and inviting. The owner stopped by the first evening to greet us, and he was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. The location was very close to the train station. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit!

Wonderful location near restaraunts and the the National Mall. We took Ubers for our Capital, Monuments, and Museum tours. The apartment was very clean and just as advertised. The property owner was onsight and very accomodating. He even gave us a key to get in after VRBO folks did not send the key info. Think VRBO contacts could have provided more timely follow up.

Great location

I was nervous about staying in a basement property, but we loved it. We didn’t look as much like tourists since we were in a neighborhood instead of hotel-row. The tea shop next door and restaurants on the corner were very handy. The place was very clean and tidy. It was in a great location one block from DuPont Circle Metro stop. We loved it.

Location location location!

My bestie and I were visiting DC to celebrate my daughter’s 19th birthday. This VRBO was perfect for us, two bedroom two bath, nice little living room and adequate kitchen. Beds were very comfortable! The location was primo to a metro stop and very walkable to several local restaurants and shops as well as a CVS. Heating system is a little weird, but nothing is perfect and it would not stop me from staying there again in the future.
