Nice Place

Place was as described and very nice. Views were fantastic! Only complaint and it stated in the description is the construction behind the house. They start working early. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic family vacation

The house is as described! The view is beautiful and Costa Rica is amazing. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to prepare for dinner. We loved everything about our stay at Casa Rosa but the gem was definitely Alex! Her attentiveness was beyond any concierge or travel agent we have ever worked with. She coordinated everything and is an absolute delight.

Casa Rosa - Highly Recommend

My family (3 kids) had a great vacation at Casa Rosa. The property was immaculate and the Blue Water team did a great job of managing all the logistics. The property is very convenient to Playa Flamingo and in a great location. The views are stunning. Highly recommend anyone staying rents a car to be able to easily venture out.

This property is beautiful. I can't say enough about it. The view is spectacular. Management was quick with responses. Every detail thought of in this property, down to beach towels and a full kitchen.

Beautiful!!

My family loves this place. The best VRBO we have stayed in by far. Amazing views. Flamingo beach just down the hill (morning walk - 3 miles to end of beach and back). Very cool beach communities within 30 minutes. Howling monkey family lives in the forest below, black vulture family frequently lands on the patio. The country is beautiful, the people are wonderful and the food is amazing.

Absolutely incredible property in Playa Flamingo!!!

We had an incredible 3 night stay in Casa Rosa, Playa Flamingo. An absolute palace of a house with every amenity you could ever ask for - fantastic indoor and outdoor spaces with a million dollar view from the pool and patio! We had some wonderful meals at Coco Loco, a restaurant right down the hill, and enjoyed being five minutes from the beach! Blue Zone and the concierge were very communicative and every need we had was met during our stay. If we return to Playa Flamingo, we will be staying in this house again!

Amazing home, Amazing View, Amazing property management

This was our first time going to the Flamingo beach area during the so called rainy season, in our last 6 visits and we had the same wonderful experience. The house was exceptional for our family, clean, well appointed , well decorated, all the amenities needed. The infinity pool view over looking the Flamingo Beach is second to none. Alexa, from Blue Water property management was beyond exceptional, she was absolutely Amazing to work with before, during and after our stay. Highly recommend this home it will not disappoint!!!!

Lovely house and stunning view

My family of four adults and two children really enjoyed this beautiful house. The most amazing thing is the stunning view of the ocean from the patio where we spent most of our time. The concierge, Alexandra, was wonderful and met our every need and helped us to arrange our wonderful vacation. we even had a cook come in several times during the week who cooked us fabulous Costa Rican meals. Alexandra, also set up several amazing adventures that we all enjoyed. We would definitely come back to this beautiful home another time.

Gorgeous View

Lovely home. Gorgeous view of Playa Flamingo. Beautiful pool and patio. The kitchen was very well stocked. Comfortable beds and nice linens. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. We had no trouble with the A/C, WiFi, or electricity. There is some unavoidable construction noise across the street. A new drip coffee maker would be nice because the current coffee maker takes a long time to brew. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. Oh how our family loves Costa Rica. Pura Vida!

Highly recommend! 🤩

This rental property is amazing! Very private! It has everything you need just buy your groceries and you are good to go! The bedrooms were great, very clean. Kitchen is fully stocked and they even provide you with detergent and softener for your clothes. The pool is spectacular! Amazing views, but the pumps shut down at night (not much of a problem though). We had no kids it was four of us so it was the perfect stay! It is somewhat at the top of a mountain like the outskirts. What’s around it is just a few stores but if you really want the touristic place (tamarindo) it is about 30-45 minutes away. I highly recommend to take the time and make it to tamarindo. Hope this review helps! 🤗

Stunning Home with Gorgeous Views

We stayed here May 6–10 and had a lovely experience overall. The property is stunning, with breathtaking sunset views. The infinity pool is a highlight, set in a lush garden filled with vibrant flowers and birds. We loved listening to the waves and watching boats pass by while relaxing poolside. The outdoor space is peaceful and well-designed, with plenty of shaded and sunny seating.Inside, the home was spotless and tastefully decorated with quality finishes. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we appreciated the convenient laundry area, great bathrooms, and ample plush towels. Each bedroom having separate A/C controls was a nice bonus!That said, a few things future guests might want to know: The mattresses felt worn, with pilly sheets and basic pillows that made sleep less restful. Exterior security lights stay on all night, and a monitor displaying camera feeds adds to the brightness in the master bedroom. Blackout curtains would be a welcome addition, particularly since the sun rises early. Red A/C displays also contributed to the lack of darkness.Construction on the house below started at 6:45 am each weekday, a bit later on Saturday, which disrupted the otherwise tranquil setting. The road to the home is rough and challenging on foot, especially at night—having a car is a must.In all, this is a stunning and well-maintained home with many wonderful features. We truly enjoyed our stay and think it could be an exceptional rental with a few thoughtful improvements.

Beautiful Home, Spectacular Views, Immaculate !!!!

First off, Blue Water Properties' customer service was outstanding, always available, attentive and professional. Fiorella, Marcello, Marcella and Olga were outstanding. The house is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The views from the pool and patio are are STUNNING!!, even the view of the skies at night !!!. The outdoor living space is very comfortable and has areas for shade as well. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We have stayed at other private homes at Playa Flamingo and have never worried about our safety. However, CASA ROSA has a high tech security system for both the inside and outside of the home, with a gated entrance that has an automatic gate open/close feature. At dusk, a security guard sits outside the home across the street for added security for all the homes in this area. However, we NEVER felt worried or unsafe at any time. We rented a golf cart and it was perfect for what we needed, we traveled easily from Potrero to Conchal using the golf cart . There is a market about 5K away with any staples you may need.

Beautiful Property in an amazing area.

My family of four stayed at Casa Rosa for seven days. From the moment we entered in the main foyer of this wonderful home, we were completely blown away at the views. The home sits on a bluff overlooking the beachfront and the beautiful Costa Rican greenery surrounding the property. The home has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nothing was missed on the luxuries provided in this home. Every room has a ceiling fan and air conditioned throughout, so personal comfort was a nice touch. Hearing Howler monkeys in the trees and seeing iguanas as we walked down the pathway to the beach was a great treat. We found the town of Flamingo a nice quite picturesque area and with towns such as Tamarindo (more night life) only a close 25 minute car ride away. It was truly hard to get up and leave the home to explore Costa Rica every day, since this home has everything to just enjoy and relax (infinity pool, spacious lounging around the pool, grilling, sunset views, etc.). An added bonus to the stay was having Blue Water Properties assisting in any way needed. From the personal tour of the property upon arrival to booking excursions (we did Ziplining-La Fortuna, Mistico Hanging Bridges, Deep sea fishing), all handled by the staff at Blue Water. This was a truly amazing vacation for our family and having the Blue Water Properties staff to work with made this possible. Highly recommend the property and all the great people associated with it.

Amazing stay at Casa Rosa

The entire process was perfecto! Alexandra was amazing- from booking our transfers, excursions and even booking Karen, the amazing singing cook who came a couple times and cooked our whole days worth of meals! We absolutely loved Alberto, our transfer guide from LIR Airport to Arenal where we stayed for 3 nights and then from Arenal to Flamingo! He offered us water and beer and took us to a local place to eat on way to Arenal which was so delicious and even took us to the market on way to Flamingo to stock up for our next location! Casa Rosa was even more beautiful in person that pictures couldn't even do it justice. The intricate decor, take your time to look around at this because it is amazing! The view of the ocean and sunsets from the infinity pool was breathtaking. There was some construction nearby but if you get up early enough you can drink your coffee to the sounds of the ocean prior to them starting and at night is quiet and there was a post where someone stays all night to probably guard the construction equipment so that is a nice benefit for you too, although I never felt unsafe there at all and the locals where very friendly and most speak English well! Just a warning though, the road going up to the place is narrow and steep in some places so if you rent a car, you need 4 wheel drive. We rented a golf cart instead and took that everywhere which Alexandra set up for us! Do take the dirt road into town and drive slowly because you will see monkeys!!

A jewel of luxury, style and comfort with amazing views of the Pacific!

My family and I feel blessed that the owners of this wonderful vacation home made it available in the short term rental market. We have stayed at numerous home rentals in island and beach locations and Casa Rosa by far is the crown jewell of them all. This house has a complete well-stocked kitchen, every utensil or appliance or serviceware you need is available and all of good quality. The bedrooms are large and the linens and towels in the bedrooms and bathrooms are superb quality and the beds are all super comfortable. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and they are large and spa like in their design. A very luxurious feel. The main living area of this single level home is large, open and has great views out to the veranda, pool and ocean below. Did I say that the furnishings were very comfortable? They are very inviting after a full day of activities and sun when you are cooling down. Speaking of the outside pool area, it has very comfortable patio funiture for relaxing or dining, how can you not spend a lot of time here?(writing this review now in one of the chaises, looking out on that great ocean view!) and the infinity pool is a nice depth and great for cooling off while watching the sportfishing and sailboats cruise the water. The management company, Blue Water Properties, has been very good to work with and they have a great concierge service that will help you book tours and answer questions on sites to see and restaurants in the area. You can book all your tours while sipping a cold drink next to the pool and the tours will pick you up and reture you right to the house. All of these things make you feel like you are at a high-end resort, but with the space, comfort and relxation of a personal home. Please do yourself a favor and stay at Casa Rosa if coming to Flamingo Beach area! It is worth it!

Lovely home, beautifully decorated with absolutely everything you could possibly need. The primary bedroom with the large closet spave and soaking tub was a favorite. The location is perfect for quick trips down to the beach at Playa Flamingo, and ideal for day trips to other locations. The hosts were great communicators, and had amazing suggestions, and helped set up a fantastic snorkel trip at the last minute. We will be back!

The villa was nice. One AC didn’t work and some others are in need of maintenance. A couple of the toilets need maintenance, as we had to manually adjust each time to stop the water from running. Next to a very busy road, so it gets noisy early. It served its purpose. Space is great! Kitchen is spacious and pool area is nice with fantastic view…just a little bit of a hike uphill from this particular unit.

Casa Rosa is a Slice of Heaven

After extending our stay in Costa Rica, we decided to move to Casa Rosa (Playa Flamingo) to enjoy a new location during our last week. And we are so happy that we did! Everything about this house is truely amazing. My husband, 3 kids (9, 4, 2) and I would have kept extending if we could :) From the moment you walk in the door, you are taken back by the well adorned house, decorations, floor plan, amazing views and pool/patio. The house has everything you need from concierge services, lovely goodie basket upon arrival, friendly security guard out front (for community) and welcoming Blue Water staff to make your stay as seamless as possible. There wasn't a detail missed in this house. Great location to Playa Flamingo, nearby restaurants, beaches, etc. We'll definitely be back on our next visit! Thank you!
