This renovated 1908 schoolhouse in Fernie blends historic character with modern comfort, featuring dramatic high ceilings, a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, and a private entrance. Enjoy access to a shared spa, hot tub, and gym, plus the convenience of in-unit laundry. Just a short walk from downtown restaurants, cafés, shops, and local trails, this three-bedroom retreat is ideal for families and groups seeking a unique mountain-town getaway.

The Space:

In this beautifully furnished and recently renovated condo, you’ll enjoy a bright, open layout featuring a spacious kitchen, three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms.

The primary bedroom offers a true retreat with a king bed, large closet, smart TV, dresser, and a serene view of the courtyard. The attached 4‑piece ensuite includes a large soaker tub and a separate rain shower for a spa‑like experience.

The second bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, dresser, and closet, while the third bedroom features a versatile bunk bed with a queen on the bottom (accessible from both sides) and a double XL on top, plus its own closet.

Down the hall, you’ll find a dedicated laundry room with a stacking washer and dryer, as well as a convenient boot/mitt dryer for your mountain adventures.

The open‑concept living area is designed for gathering and relaxation, complete with a large sectional, two swivel chairs, a pool table, and a smart TV with sound system. The dining area features a spacious table that comfortably seats all eight guests.

The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with high‑end appliances, including a wine fridge, two beverage drawers, dishwasher, wall microwave, electric wall oven, proofing drawer, gas range with pot filler, and a French‑door refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker. This bright, inviting space is perfect for cooking, entertaining, and enjoying time together.



Our Commitment to Sustainability

At Elevated Rentals Fernie, sustainability is part of how we host. We use reusable, refillable bottles for all soaps, shampoos, and conditioners—each filled with locally crafted Soco Soaps products to reduce waste and support Fernie makers. We choose Canadian‑made bamboo toilet paper, a more sustainable alternative to traditional paper products, and our cleaning practices are both thorough and eco‑conscious, designed to minimize environmental impact while maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness. Your stay directly supports a greener, more responsible approach to hospitality.



Guest Access:

Guest have exclusive access to the entire condo. Guests can used the shared, gym and hot tub area. Guests also have access to a secured storage area and underground parking.



The Neighborhood:

The 901 building is located right on historic second avenue at the northern residential end. Located a 5 minute walk from Save On Foods, or a short 10 minute walk to the furthest store on 2nd Ave this location has an amazing walkability score. The ski hill is a short 8 minute drive or take the Fernie Stoke shuttle that picks you up right outside the building at 9th St Between 2nd & 3rd Ave. (Please note advanced tickets purchased are needed to ride the shuttle.)



Getting Around:

Parking is located in the heated underground parking garage. You have one dedicated space located conveniently right by the door to the building and the other spaces available are guest parking and is unassigned. Street parking is available but you need to follow City of Fernie winter parking regulations.

Great condo!

This was one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed! Our Host was wonderful to deal with and truly cared about our comfort. There was nothing I’d change about overall trip and would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful City

This place is top-notch: one of the best vacation rentals i’ve ever stayed at! The suite has tons of character, was incredibly comfortable (the sofas/beds/pillows/towels), the kitchen had absolutely everything you’d need (we hosted a family reunion there), the location is super central (a 5min walk to the cute city centre), and the host was responsive and very helpful. 10 out of 10!
