The trees out your window evoke tree house vibes and the wood panel siding see, wood buring fireplace, antler chandeliers and live edge furniture will give you all the cabin feels. Take a sauna session, hang out in the hammock, or do some grilling on the large two story deck. Hot tub available for $150 fee for 1-3 days, $20 a day after three days. $50 per night per fee

This property is a hidden gem!! It was cozy yet spacious with the vaulted ceilings and great sized rooms. It had a wonderful cabin feel, and very well equipped. The hosts were amazing & truly thought of everything for a perfect stay!!!

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing.One of the biggest issues was that we were never informed there was a cat on the property. My mother-in-law is allergic to cats, which made the stay very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, we couldn’t even open the windows for fresh air.The property itself was not clean. There was dust everywhere, the utensils appeared dirty and unwashed, and the overall cleanliness was far below what we expected. The beds were very uncomfortable with noticeable springs, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The air conditioning also wasn’t working properly, which made the stay even more unpleasant.We tried contacting the host multiple times to address these issues, but unfortunately received no response.We never used the hot tub, yet we were still charged an additional 150 for it, which was very frustrating.Lastly, the surroundings and view felt eerie and uninviting, adding to the negative experience.Overall, this was one of the worst vacation rental experiences we’ve had. Due to the lack of cleanliness, poor communication, unexpected charges, and misleading information about the property, I would not recommend staying here.

The cat is an outdoor cat that belongs to the neighbor - it not in the house and wouldn’t affect allergies The house is cleaned for hours in between guests- it is not dusty and there are not use utensils All you have to do is open one of the 7 windows or two sliding screen doors We have books filled with guests who love the property. It is really sad when you an grateful, negative liar as a guest

Our stay was brief but lovely! The cabin was very clean and nicely decorated and the area was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and had plenty of pillows and blankets. We did not get to enjoy the hot tub as we missed in the listing that there is an additional charge. The hosts were very easy to reach and super helpful! Would reccomend!

Very welcoming and cozy cabin. We enjoyed staying here and made use of the BBQ grill, hot tub, and record player. The cabin includes lots of cute decorating touches and thoughtful amenities like walking sticks, board games, books, and a friendly neighborhood cat. The price, dog friendliness, and the proximity to Yosemite make it a nice place to stay. It was an overall enjoyable visit!

We had no issues that we were made aware of with this guest and when we talked they said they loved the cabin and wanted to come back. We are confused by this.

It was amazing and I want to come back next spring, beautiful cabin, all information was given before your at the cabin and all your cabin needs there like a coffee machine, bbq and bbq tools, sauna to prepare for hikes and a bathroom that belongs on a life needs list. But the only thing is there no metal spatula that we could find to use for the barbecue.

Driveway is steep and narrow with an awkward area to do a multi point turn. It was stressful in a unfamiliar rental car but thankfully it had a backup camera and we arrived in the daylight. After unpacking the car and taking a walk around the house we entered and found a lizard well inside the home near the bathroom. I called the host at the number listed in the VRBO app leaving a voicemail asking how to deal with this and wanted general information on if that is common. I called a second time after no response and left a message through the app. We then spent a good 45 minutes trying to keep the lizard from hiding and attempting to capture it. We were able to capture it and release it outside unharmed. We also found elecrical wires sticking up through the floor in the front bedroom. We waited a bit for a return call from the host. After not hearing from them we made the decision to book a hotel in nearby Oakhurst. They did not respond until 6am the next morning through the app and we were already in the park with limited service. No phone call from them. Their response immediately denied what we claimed and insinuated that we must of left the door open for the lizard to get in. Overall disappointed with untimely communication from host. We were fortunate enough to be able to deal with the creature ourselves and afford to book other accommodations. Others may not be.

Perfect romantic spot for 2

This is a great little place for 2 to get away and have some privacy for a few days. Nice star gazing from the hot tub at night was the highlight of our trip.Would have ranked it 5 stars across the board but for some exterior work being done in the yard that resulted in a really bad smell of sewage when outside the house. Guessing this will go away as the project is completed. All in all would go back and would recommend.

everything was great about the stay the only minor details was that one of the beds was broken or missing parts, so it wasn't very confortable and not a lot of pans to cook with you have to bring your own coffee and coffee pot because there is not any luckily, we brought our instant coffee and sugar and just boiled water old fashion which was fine with us no TV but there is wife over all i would give this place 5 stars we didn't spend a lot of time in the cabin we were out and about enjoying Yosemite and other places i do recommend this place its nice and quiet clean not to far from the little town and museums

Thank you Karla! The bed and coffee maker were broken by the previous guest and we did not have enough time to fix them before your stay but they are both good and replaced now. Not having a TV is intentional as we hope it pushes people to enjoy their surroundings and get away from screens for a bit but you may use your computer and the wifi if you want to watch anything. Hope to have you back ☺️

If you want a 4-5 star review, you should not try to charge me to use your hottub, immediately after I booked your place - I travel frequently - unless you note in the rules or place an additional fee disclaimer, most people, including myself, assume the use of the sauna and hot tub are included in the price of the rental. You had bare minimum utensils or cooking needs. Your shower doesn't drain well. The place was nicely decorated. But I was very dissapointed in your immediate request for more money for hottub charges after I paid full price to rent you place for 2 nights. I didn't read the request for hot tub fee until the day I checked in on Sunday. You should put a disclaimer that there is an additional fee to use the hot tub before someone books. Very deceiving. I could have rented a hotel room with a jetted tub, hot tub and free breakfast for the additional amount that u were trying to charge me to soak in chlorinated water. I love to give local people my business but not when u try to swindle me out of more money.

A few hiccups but overall cute, rustic cabin

I really wanted to give this cabin a 5-star rating but the predicaments we encountered just didn’t make this visit the smoothest. When we arrived at the property ( > 1 hour drive from Yosemite NP), there was no porch light on which would’ve been nice since the neighborhood is not lit. The description of the property states that you can do a 3-point turn in the driveway when exiting, but unless you’re driving a small car, there is no way that is possible (we parked on the upper road to avoid getting stuck). Unfortunately, we were not provided with our check-in code so we were standing outside for an hour trying to contact the property manager or owner(s). We eventually were contacted by them so we were able to get inside, but they mentioned that the code was already provided. I screenshot everything I received from Vrbo and the email from the owner, but only the WiFi code was listed. I didn’t receive any follow up after that. The space was decorated nicely and was comfortable for our group. However, upon leaving, I had to google how to lock the door because, again, no house rules or information were given to us. It would’ve been a smoother visit if the owners listed in detail more pertinent information in the welcome email. Overall, it was a cute, rustic space that was enjoyable after spending the day in Yosemite.

Erin, We are sorry you did not see the provided welcome email that is sent 3 days prior to your visit with all of the welcome info, including access codes to the doors and how to lock them upon leaving. We drive an SUV, truck, and a prius and use the driveway regularly with no issues but are sorry this inconvenienced your stay and hope you were still able to enjoy the beautiful place, the park, and nature.

This guests stayed at our cabin and said it was wonderful, then told the bank vrbo was a fraud charge and got her money back illegally that way to try to get a free stay - then we had to go through the process of showing she was lying and we of course got our money back because she was just trying to play the system and evil never wins. She was a headache and we advise all hosts to not rent to her.
