Beautiful Log Style Home in Eagle Mountain Estates, Big Bear Lake.

Located in the beautiful Eagle Mountain Estates enclave in Big Bear Lake, our 3-bedroom 3-bath single-story home was built in 2020 and is furnished and decorated with luxurious and high-end mountain cabin decor to ensure your comfort. This lovely property is in a quiet neighborhood and features a warm and inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.

With 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and, if needed, a nice queen airbed as well as a portable crib, everyone will have a comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring all that Big Bear has to offer. The house is equipped with fast WiFi, a 75-inch cable smart TV in the great room and 52-inch smart TVs in each of the three bedrooms as well as on the covered deck, a beautiful gas log fireplace, a spacious gourmet kitchen with a large refrigerator with ice maker, gas stove, farmer’s sink, coffee maker and all the amenities.

Outside you will find one deck that is completely covered and is furnished with nice outdoor furniture, a large smart TV, ceiling fan, a heater, and a new 36-inch Blackstone grill. The second deck is equipped with a luxurious heated spa that you can enjoy after a fun day on the slopes or enjoying many of the year-round activities available throughout Big Bear.

The home is situated on a large, beautifully landscaped 13,100 square foot lot. The back yard is fully fenced and contains a propane gas pit surrounded by comfortable adirondack chairs. At night, the property has subtle lighting creating great ambience for those evenings out on the deck, in the spa, or at the gas pit. There is ample parking on the front driveway for up to three vehicles. And, parking is also available for your boat if you want to enjoy it on the lake.

The home is located within two miles of Snow Summit and Grizzly Ridge Tube Park, Bear Mountain, Snow Valley, and the east end of Big Bear Lake. Big Bear Snow Play is less than a mile away. Big Bear Village is three miles away, and the Alpine Slide at Magic Mountain is less than four miles away. Shopping centers anchored by one of the nicest Stater Bros we’ve ever seen and another across the street with a Vons grocery store are just a mile away. Everything you need to enjoy your stay in Big Bear Lake is within minutes of our home.

This house is incredible, beautifully upgraded, well kept, stocked with everything we could need. The location was great. We will certainly stay here again the next time we come to Big Bear!

Best Big Bear Rental

We've been to Big Bear multiple times and this by far was our favorite rental. It's located in a great community that is close to everything we enjoy doing - Big Bear zoo, Snowplay, path around the lake, Pickles Pie Shop, etc. In addition, the house was spacious, clean and included all of the amenities in the kitchen. We will definitely be looking to stay at this place again. You can't go wrong!

Perfect Mountain Getaway

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in One of Diane's Big Bear homes. The home is in a quiet neoghborhood close to shops and attractions. The home was well equipped with and very comfortable. Our group included 2 toddlers under four years of age. The home included a crib mattress and plenty of toys to keep them entertained.

Thanksgiving Bliss!

This place in Eagle Mountain Estates was absolutely perfect for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Accommodated our group with a nice set up of bedrooms, comfortable living room and sizable kitchen to do all the food preparation. Close to the village that made for some easy shopping/sightseeing. Hiking trails were close by. Diane was a very responsive host and made it an easy process for check-in and answering any questions. Highly recommended!.

Exceptional Stay

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at this property in Big Bear. The home was exactly as described in the listing—immaculately clean, with comfortable beds and thoughtfully appointed amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped, providing everything we needed to prepare family meals with ease. The serene and peaceful setting made it the perfect retreat, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail in the home’s design and upkeep. Perfect Place

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities. They literally had everything you needed throughout the house, especially the kitchen. I utilized the desk for work while everyone was snowboarding (close by). Nice neighborhood to walk. The jacuzzi was used often and I entertained myself feeding the birds, squirrels and chipmunks (which were having a grand time playing around on the deck, it was so cute). The owner was very responsive which was greatly appreciated, since the electricity had gone out all day on Saturday into the night. It snowed that night too, so it was fun to wake up to snow, but we had to leave. I really can not say enough great things about this place. It's perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Better than advertised

Pictures just can't capture how great this property is in person. We appreciated the owners' attention to small details. The great room, which encompasses the kitchen, dining room, and living room is very spacious and comfortable with vaulted ceilings, a large TV that can be turned on its wall mount to face the kitchen, and a sound bar that can be paired with one's phone to listen to music. The appliances are all high quality (Kitchen Aid fridge, oven, and microwave) and just a pleasure to use. The kitchen is also well-stocked with an abundance of utensils, pots, pans, dishes, and towels, and it is worth mentioning that the set of knives have sharpened edges (as opposed to the serrated edges that so many rentels tend to have, which made for a wonderful cooking experience. There are also lots of spices, oils, and vinegars in the pantry and cabinets, as well as plastic wrap, tin foil, plastic bags, and more. The back patio and deck is a very comfortable space and we spent quite a bit of our time here, especially in the hot tub. It had snowed a week earlier, so the deck around the jacuzzi was covered in snow, but there was a snow shovel in plain sight and we had a clean deck in very little time, which made the hot tub even more enjoyable. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms stocked with soaps, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, q-tips, and even toothbrushes and paste. In short, vacationing here felt a lot like home away from home!

My husband and I grew up in Southern California, went to school and college there, and raised our family there. We have two grown children with kids of their own.....five grandchildren whom we adore. In 2010, we were able to realize a dream and built our retirement home in beautiful Kauai. To keep our presence in Southern California, we bought a home in Lake Arrowhead and rented it out short-term when we weren't staying there. We sold that home and bought a motorhome and traveled the USA and Canada for 5 years. Missing a mountain home, we decided to buy a home in Big Bear Lake. We loved Lake Arrowhead, but there were only so many things to do there. Big Bear has so many wonderful activities year-round. We enjoyed hosting our Lake Arrowhead home and received 5-star ratings from everyone who stayed there. So, here we are again, hosting our beautiful (and all on one level) home in Big Bear Lake and looking forward to hosting again.

Eagle Mountain Estates is a lovely, well-kept neighborhood in Fox Farm. It is within minutes of the ski slopes, snow and summer play areas, and Big Bear Village. It is surrounded by a variety of pine trees and quaking aspens. It is quiet and serene. Put some bird seed and squirrel food in the feeders on the back decks, and watch a multitude of birds and squirrels join you in the back yard. Food for them is in the pantry. We also have a hummingbird feeder if you want them to flit around. Mix 1 part sugar with 4 parts boiling water until the sugar is dissolved. Do not add red dye. When the mixture cools, fill the hummingbird feeder with the sugar water and place outside.

Our log-style home has a big front porch with chairs for your morning coffee and evening drink. Or sit on one of the large back decks and watch the pine trees sway in the breeze and the birds and squirrels frolic in the fully-fenced backyard. Or, after a long day participating in the many activities available to you in Big Bear Lake, enjoy the luxurious spa while you gaze at the puffy white clouds and blue skies or the stars at night. Turn on the string lights to increase the lovely ambience in the backyard. Light the propane firepit and relax with friends and family in the Adirondack chairs provided. Or, sit on the comfortable sofas in the living area while you enjoy the large smart TV and a fire in the gas fireplace on those cold or snowy nights. The primary bedroom suite also has a soaking tub for your pleasure. Cook a meal for your family and friends in the large gourmet kitchen, or throw some steaks on the Blackstone griddle (also great for morning breakfast). When it is time to turn in, relax in the comfort of new mattresses and linens in each of the three bedrooms. The primary suite has a king-size mattress that is adjustable for your comfort.
