Place was clean and spacious for my family of 9. We saw a turtle everyday and spotted a seal on the rocks outside our back deck. We had plenty of beach toys for the kids and chairs for the adults. Loved our time here!

We found Villa 318 to be clean, quiet, and comfortable. With two master bedrooms and baths, plus two others it easily accommodated our family of six, including two children. It has easy access to the pool and beach. Our host was attentive and very responsive to our questions and requests.The property location on the north shore is in one of the least developed areas of Oahu. Expect a very local vibe, with a heavy emphasis on family and social connections centered on the beach and ocean. Great for many outdoor activities such as surfing, snorkeling, hiking, zip lining, horseback riding, walking and bicycling and many others.

My family stayed here for the weekend and this space was great for us. The views are stunning and the space is clean. Maile was super responsive and helpful with check in and even check out. We would love to stay here again!

Maile was a blessing and very accomodating with our needs. She responded quickly. The amenities were awesome. My grandchildren thought they were in a mansion with spa tubs and all the room as well as the pool and hot tub.It was overall perfect for our family's needs and very relaxing. Beautiful large space for the family

We loved the villa! Great location in the north shore, spacious layout, beautiful views, wonderful amenities and attentive and kind service. This villa has it all. We loved the attention to details in the provided water sports equipment and the beach towels and chairs.

In regards to the property itself, it was spacious and, despite outlets that didn't work and a cooktop that takes 10 minutes to heat up, the kitchen is well stocked. The view is great, and the location is convenient. The shampoo/cond/body wash, however, are watered down.I booked this rental more than 8 months in advance, and didn't receive check in instructions until I called from the airport on the day of arrival. Then, while on the plane, I received a message informing me that the owner had "just been informed" that there would be a roofing project occuring during our stay. The owner sent me a notice dated June 24, outlining the project and the schedule for the completion of each building. Construction was to begin Aug 10, take 10 weeks, and our building was 3rd in line. Based on basic math, that would mean that they knew the roofing would be occurring during our stay, and it was not a "last minute schedule change" as claimed.We arrived to mayhem, filled with equipment, shingles and workers. Walkways were blocked off, as well as stairway access. Even when they weren't hammering and walking on our roof (and this is a 3rd floor unit), it was noisy, messy and inconvenient. It was only after messaging the owner about this disaster that they offered a refund of 500.In my opinion, the owners should have contacted all confirmed reservations and offered either 1) a 50% discount if we chose to keep the reservation or 2) the ability to cancel and find different lodging.

Beautiful unit at Ocean Villas at Turtle Bay with a great view facing the ocean, a quiet corner unit, and comfortable for sleeping up to 10 people. I appreciated the back-and-forth communication with the host, and check-in was easy. If you ever want to stay in the North Shore, this is the place. Beautiful!!
