This included your door code as well as codes for all of the amenities on the property. You contacted us on 4/15/25 because you had misplaced this email. We resent the information same day, including all of the codes. 2) We appreciate your comment regarding the air conditioning and the controls. We do our best to strike a balance between offering helpful information and avoiding overwhelming guests with instructions for every feature in the unit. From the stove and lights to ceiling fans and appliances, each guest may have different expectations or familiarity. That said, your suggestion is a great reminder that small clarifications can make a difference in comfort. I am glad we were able to guide you within minutes of your call for support. 3) Regarding the single cup coffee pods, we understand the convenience and appeal. However as caretakers of this beautiful island, we are committed to making choices that preserve the natural environment. Single use coffee pods, even compostable or recyclable ones, often create unnecessary waste and can be difficult to process property in island settings where recycling and disposal infrastructure is limited. By offering traditional coffee machine instead, we aim to reduce our environmental footprint and support a sustainable way for all to enjoy this special place.
