Three short minutes' walk from Rome’s famed Piazza Navona, this historic, fully-renovated flat has all the amenities you need after a day out and about exploring the Eternal City.

Relax on one of central Rome’s largest private terraces with your aperitivo, or retire to the den for some quality Italian TV. With ample storage space, the flat has everything you could want as a base to explore the city.

THE SPACE

Modern, high-quality recent renovation, with characteristic wooden ceilings, and thick stone floors to keep you cool in the hot Roman summer. Cooling blanket and super comfy brand new memory foam mattress with high-quality linens.

Eating
An efficient and practical kitchen, with everything you could want to prep your own meals and enjoy la Dolce vita.

Relaxing
Boasts the largest private terrace in the old city, nestled between wonderful restaurants, museums and bars. Inside, find the comfy sofa, right beside the A/C if needed, with a wine fridge and glasses to keep you cozy.

Keeping Clean
Fully-equiped bathroom with shower, bidet, towel heater and ample storage. Natural shampoo and soap available.

Pets
We LOVE pets! Just let us know how many and who they are ahead of time. Also happy to provide any pet-friendly local recommendations!

GUEST ACCESS
Our property manager, Filippo, is available for any other needs, and regularly comes to water the plants.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Our flat is surrounded by locals who LIVE in the city center and call the neighborhood home. While there are plenty of tourists and a vibrant local nightlife scene, the space is used as it should be from. Please advise us ahead if you plan on having any visitors. Treat this as an Oasis of your own.

Great Apartment for Roma Getaway!

The apartment is exactly as pictured. The best part is how convenient the location was for getting around the city. We could walk most places within 15-20 minutes or 5-7 minutes to bus or taxi stand. There was no lack of food and drinking options and every meal was good including the gelato. It is a busy bar area and the ad did make this k own, the noise did not bother us at all, we even found some of it amusing to listen to. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Rooftop

The home was perfect and as advertised. Very well maintained and stocked with basic necessities and in beautiful condition. My only negative point was the location is right by 2 bars/dicos that play loud music until 2 a.m. every night and you can hear the music very easily in the main bedroom. We just put the tv on a music channel to help go to sleep. I would say it is definitely for a younger crowd that stays up late, and not tourists that are waking up at six in the morning. Other than that issue everything else was fantastic!

Beautiful flat very well located.

The apartment is lovely and in a perfect location to explore all the major sights on foot. The bathroom is lovely and the kitchen really well stocked with great equipment. The terrace was large and lovely to eat outside in the perfect October sun. The only major issue is the bar diagonally opposite. The music got increasingly louder from 2300-0200 and the whole family was woken up repeatedly. Sunday/Monday night was quiet enough to sleep through but the other nights not. The owners are aware and trying to fight this and provided ear plugs which helped a little. But unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend for anyone who doesn’t plan to stay out late any way. Other than that the apartment is lovely. And the host Jacob was very responsive and helpful on messaging. I wish them luck sorting out the bar noise!

We have lived in Rome for the past two years, and fallen in love with the city. It became clear that we wanted to have the opportunity to support visitors to enjoy what we had enjoyed. We are from Canada and Honduras and like to add little touches of home to our vacation homes. Originally we are both architects and showcasing an older architectural wonder such as the heritage building where the apartment is (from around 1700) is something very dear to our hearts. Stay tuned for more high quality and creative design solutions as we add them!

Centro Storico is steps from where all the action is at. One of Rome’s charms is how close everything is and easy it is to get anywhere by foot. We love the ease of accessibility of the property, and the ability to find everything and anything one might want within a few minutes’ walk.

The property boasts one of the largest private terraces in central Rome. It’s also recently undergone a renovation which has made the interior both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
