Everyone did a great job from the owners side. There were no issues and a very helpful team. The place was clean and comfortable. Awesome location to see the sights and the Polese restaurant downstairs was fantastic. Federica made great recommendations for restaurants that did not disappoint. Two things of note. The showers did not have shelving inside of the the shower. It would be nice to have a spot to hold soaps and razors. Easy fix. The second thing was a bit bigger deal that I am sure if prevalent in Rome but that I didn’t like. There are no fire exits from the apartment. I am a fire protection contractor and we were on the fourth floor with no fire sprinklers and only one way out of the building. We did have a fire extinguisher but if there was a significant fire on a lower floor, we would have not been able to get out of the building. Thank you for a great stay in Rome!

Hi Christopher! Thank you for taking the time to leave us this wonderful review. We just wanted to add that our apartment is located in a 16th-century building and that the emergency exits are maintained and managed—in accordance with the regulations set by the Sovrintendenza Capitolina—in the best possible way, taking into account the building’s historic significance. Our apartment is also equipped with two fire extinguishers (not just one) and is inspected every six months to ensure the safety of all our guests.

The rooms were perfect for our group of seven! We loved having table space for snacks and couches for group relaxing time. We appreciated the kitchen with coffee, fridge and washing machine. We were walking distance to most of the sights we wanted to see and close to many dining opportunities and public transportation . We were warmly welcomed by Federica our host. She was extremely helpful from beginning to end of our trip. Definitely would recommend !

We were so pleased with the comfort of our apartment and the location. We had a multi generation vacation and we were not disappointed. We were able to cook when we wanted but also enjoy all the local restaurants. It was all I had hoped it to be.

Spacious and well located

We recently stayed in this Suite and there were 6 of us needing 5 bedrooms. The space was very nice allowing all of us some privacy. It also had great space for gathering as well. And we could easily walk everywhere to all of the sites from our location. I would definitely stay here again.
