Perfect stay from beginning to end! Hosts are the absolute definition of HOSPITABLE. Friendly & communicative w/o being intrusive. The apartment was beyond clean: it was immaculate! Nothing worn or in disrepair. Live plants add warmth and homey feel. Hosts provide several nice little touches: coffee, packaged snacks, toiletries. Perfect Rockport location with convenient private parking. Hosts provided valuable tips for touring the area. We enjoyed two public walking trails that had spectacular views. Would not have known about these! Highly recommend a stay here!!

Excellent all around - great host, location and accommodations! Loved the private deck and it was easy to walk to anywhere in town. This is our second trip to Rockport and the area is truly beautiful - we'll be back!

This property is about as good as it gets for staying in a beautiful seaside town and enjoying the ultimate amenities that they provide with a great deal of personal consideration. I highly recommend this place if you’re going to Rockport Mass!

The Admiral’s Loft was fantastic…fully stocked kitchen, spotless, beautiful plants, and an amazing view.

Great location within walking distance of shopping and restaurants! Followed the suggestions the host left for a driving tour of Cape Ann, and it was amazing! We saw so many great views that we would have never found on our own. Highly recommend staying here!!!

What a gem!! By far one of my favorite VRBOs I've stayed at. The location was wonderful and within walking distance to all the charming shops and restaurants in Rockport. The house itself was stunning and on-site parking is a huge plus! Inside was beautifully decorated. All the coastal touches were perfect! It felt elegant and cozy. The deck was also a great feature and we spent most of our time out there soaking up the sun. The view of the water peeking through the trees and sounds on the shore birds made it oh so relaxing. Great place for a meal or stargazing at night. The hosts made the experience so memorable. They left us a treat for the birthday we were celebrating, which was so kind! Great people and we will definitely be coming back!

Location was terrific, we could walk to just about everything we needed to do. There were some great restaurants. If you go. The red skiff was great for breakfast. It was like being at Cheers where everybody knows your name..The house was very comfortable very very clean. Stacy was a great host.. it was a nice touch to have a pitcher of Britta in the refrigerator and there was a few snacks on the counter, which would tide you over until you could go shopping.All in all, I would rent here again in a minute, we give this one a five out of five.The only thing that I wished the house had actually was just a shade on the door window that you enter the house because if I walk around in my pajamas or if my husband's getting ready in the bedroom, it's just nice to know that people can't be looking in the window at you. In honesty, there should be no reason that anyone would be at your door because you're on the top floor and the only other people in the house is the host downstairs but still it would've been nice to have that little shade and a little bit of privacyThanks Stacy for a wonderful weekend. Getting to know Rockport was so much fun!!!

Rockport

Very clean and quiet, best equipped property I have stayed in. Very short walk to shops and restaurants. Stacey is very hospitable and kind.

Even lovelier than the photos! Couldn't have been nicer. View was magnificent. Bed was super comfortable. Easy walk to town, to the Headlands, to Bearskin Neck. And short drive to all things Gloucester. We will definitely return. Thank you Stacey and Jannik.

Fantastic and Great Location!

This vrbo was top notch! The owners were super helpful and informative. The rental unit was perfect was perfect for an individual or couple. Even though it was an apartment, the outside deck lounging really provided a lot of space to make it seem much larger. The sky views were great. The proximity to downtown was easy and made exploring easy.Definitely would rent again if in the area!

Cute place & Great Location

The owners have done a beautiful job with the renovations. We loved the backpack chairs to walk down to the beach with! The information binder was full of tips and useful information about the area. The outdoor deck area was so inviting and relaxing! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Rockport

The property is spotlessly clean, very comfortable, short walk to shops and restaurants, better equipped than I’ve experienced in the past, quiet and the host was very hospitable and welcoming and kind. Highly recommend!

I booked a recent stay for two nights in August at this location and it was absolutely perfect for a quiet weekend getaway. It’s within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants, the theater, and beaches. The property itself is lovely with beautifully maintained gardens and great views. The hosts, Stacey and her husband, were so warm and friendly and truly made me feel at home. The apartment is immaculate with any amenity you might need and a great deck for relaxing and having morning coffee. I am very much looking forward to my next stay here!

This property was an 11 out of a possible 10. We've stayed in the area many times over the years, and this was the best. Nice off street parking, walk to breakfast and the harbor in minutes. Everything in the apartment appears new, like we were the first visitors. My wife is definitely looking for a clean location, and this was it. The owner seems to have thought of everything, so we never had to bother anyone with questions. Gloucester is a quick 10 minutes down the road to additional world class restaurants, whale watch trips, etc. We would highly recommend this property.

Delightful stay!

Exceptional! I cannot say enough good about this charming VRBO. My husband and I have stayed at numerous lovely VRBO’s, but this one has been among the best. The accommodations were exceptional, everything we needed and more was provided in this beautiful home- comfortable bed and living room area, well stocked kitchen, luxurious bathroom, and even some small grocery items to help so we didn’t need to run to the grocery. Stacey was extremely helpful and responsive with any questions or concerns we had. She provided a wonderful binder describing the area, restaurants, parks, beaches and attractions to visit! We absolutely loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.
