We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the refrigerator issues. As soon as we were made aware of the problem, we dispatched a technician to diagnose the unit. When it became clear that the repair could not be completed immediately, we delivered a loaner refrigerator so you would have a working appliance while the owner arranges for the permanent repair. Due to the size and weight of the refrigerator, we placed it on the ground level to avoid potential damage to the home's stairs and elevator. We also regret the issue with the sliding doors and appreciate your patience while we implemented a temporary solution until repairs can be completed. Regarding the household supplies, we provide all guests with a starter supply of essentials at the beginning of their stay, and additional items are the responsibility of the guest. We also apologize that the blankets were inadvertently left in the dryer rather than being returned to the bedrooms prior to your arrival. We appreciate your comments regarding the kitchen items and furnishings.
