This cozy coastal home is new to the rental market and just 5 blocks away from public boat access and just a half mile from the St. Mary's waterfront where you can enjoy shops and some of the best restaurants the area has to offer. You can't beat this location!

There are three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a King bed and the guest bedrooms boast a Queen and two twins. The rooms with the King and Queen beds have a smart TV for streaming all your favorite shows and movies.

The kitchen is well-appointed with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal and feel like you are at your home away from home. There is a drip coffee maker for your morning Cup O' Joe.

Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.

The fenced in backyard offers lots of space for your kiddos or fur babies to enjoy. There is even a screened in back porch to have your glass of iced tea or chilled wine!

One of the best amenities is that there is a concrete pad that can hold your boat or RV.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.

Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!

For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.
