Smith Lake B&B is a private resort offering luxury accommodations on Alabama's pristine Lewis Smith Lake, the cleanest lake in the Southeast. For romantic vacations, couples’ weekend getaways, and honeymoons in Alabama, consider the Loft Suite at our lakeside B&B. The Loft is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with a full kitchen. The decor is a mix of an alpine ski lodge and a beach cottage and has a beautiful view of Smith Lake from the windows and private deck.

The Loft, which has a vaulted ceiling, contains a king-size bed in the bedroom with a sleeper sofa in the den. It has a private bath and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, a Keurig coffeemaker, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans. The den has a gas log heater and satellite TV with DVD player. The private entrance is from a deck overlooking the lake.

Our lakeside resort provides a wonderful alternative to hotels in nearby Cullman and Hanceville, with easy access to water activities on the lake as well as area attractions such as Bankhead National Forest, the Sipsey Wilderness Area, Smith Lake Park, and Rickwood Caverns State Park.

Common areas include the gazebo with gas and charcoal grills, hot tub on the outdoor deck overlooking the lake and the B&B’s large boat dock, which provides lake access and slips for your boats or jets skis. The B&B provides fishing gear, floats, kayaks, and paddle boards for complimentary guest use.
