Nick and Family were the greatest guests . Super clean and they did laundry on departure . We truly hope to see them again some day . Fondest Regards , Alena & Chris

Alicia's kind words about our condo & level of cleanliness are a wonderful New Years gift to Alena & I . Alicia and her beautiful family are the greatest guests that a host can ask for! We are honored to have served them and to know that we met their expectations.

Alena and I thank Amber not only for her Five Star Review but also for treating our condo with perfect kindness and care and leaving it so beautifully clean!

Alena & I wish to thank Rodney and his wonderful family for not only staying with us during his family vacation , but also for taking such good care of our condo and they also did a lot of the laundry prior to checking out , and that is a great help to Alena & me when we clean . We thank these perfect guests , we refer them to any HomeAway owner for future vacation stays , and we hope that they come our way again someday . Fondest Florida Memories ! Alena & Chris Brosius

When we get a wonderful review such as Steve has given us, it makes Alena & I very happy that we did not let the pandemic put us out of business. Steve and his wife are the best guests we can hope for, very nice people. We hope to serve them again someday!

Eric's positive compliments about our condo and cleanliness are a great inspiration to Alena & myself. It was our honor to host Eric and we wish his family many memorable vacations in the coming years!

Thank You for your kind review . WE hope to see your lovely family back here again some day !!

Allen's approval of Alena's & my little vacation rental business means a great deal to us. The testimony that we served a family's lodging needs to their satisfaction helps us see the value in our efforts. Thanks to you , and also to your wonderful family Allen!

Ryan's positive comments about our vacation condo are deeply gratifying to Alena and me. It means the world to us whenever a guest reports that we helped make their Florida vacation a little bit better. I was fortunate to meet this wonderful family during their stay, and they are the greatest guests that a host can ever have the honor of serving. Alena & I wish them many more memorable vacations!!

There is only one thing I like more than hearing about how great our condo is - Hearing how great the owner is!!! Heather and family were wonderful guests, and always welcome back to our villa!

These guests were a very nice family and they took good care of our condo . They are always welcome back . They left the condo extremely clean , and removed all the trash prior to my arrival . They also did a lot of laundry , above and beyond what we ask our guests to do . Thank you for choosing our villas as a part of your families vacation memories !!! With Fondest Regards , Alena & Chris

Having been to Hawaii several times and being a great fan of Hawaii, we were both honored and thrilled to finally have the opportunity to serve and host Cherish and her wonderful family. We believe that they are our first guests from that beautiful state during our 25 years in the vacation rental business. We thank Cherish for this positive review and for taking in stride the huge building-wide painting project which due to weather delays eclipsed her exact vacation dates. Her family's understanding and kindness will always be remembered! Sincerely, Alena & Chris

Alena & I thank Sheri not only for her kind review but for the wonderful way she treated our condo during her visit. We thank her for her understanding of the HOA bylaws, for the bylaws are what keep the complex such a nice place to live. Several years ago before the current HOA took control, things were a lot less regulated especially regarding trash collection and security gate control, and the result was trash scattered everywhere, cars being broken into, a large variety of trucks, trailers, and all sorts of other equipment being brought in and taking up all the parking, and other quality of life issues. Now our complex operates similar to other highly regarded resort complexes, and the property is much cleaner as well as safer than it was pre-pandemic. We wish Sheri a very Good New Year!

We appreciate this kind review, and also to know that our condo helped this wonderful family experience a very nice vacation. We cannot say enough about how clean they left the villa, and how nice they were before, during and after their visit with us. The Brown Family is always welcome back with open arms!!

Vanessa and her wonderful family were a joy for us to host! We are happy to have been able to serve their needs, and hope to do it again some day. Alena & Chris

Alena & I are extremely grateful to Shelley for her gracious review. It is a wonderful feeling to know that we fulfilled the expectations of a guest who chose our little vacation rental services over the thousands of other rental units available in the theme park region. Shelley treated our condo meticulously, and we hope to serve her lodging needs again some day!

Alena & I are very grateful to Helen and her wonderful family for this kind review of our little vacation rental business!

Jessica and her wonderful family left our condo in immaculate condition! Perfect communication made hosting Jessica very pleasant. We are very honored by her kind words and positive review! Jessica and her family will always be welcomed back to our condo!

Commendation received from world travelers such as Tom and his wonderful family is one of the greatest rewards that a host can receive, and we are pleased to hear that we served and lived up to their expectations. Such terrific guests, Tom's family were a joy to provide lodging to, and they are always welcome back should they come this way again! Alena & Chris

To receive such wonderful accolades from Cindy and her charming family is the greatest reward that a vacation host could hope for! Knowing that Alena and I helped this beautiful family enjoy their Florida vacation and make everlasting happy memories encourages us to not only continue in this little vacation business, but to strive to make the experience even better for our guests. Cindy and her family are always welcome back to our resort with open arms! Most Cordially, Alena & Chris

I have to say that when I saw our condo so perfectly described as " darling" by Julia, it erased all the mundane issues that clutter my mind on a daily basis around here. It did however bring on the eternal question" Why didn't I think of that?" Thank you Julia for this well crafted review, come back anytime. Alena & Chris

Den and his family were wonderful guests and Alena & I were honored to serve them on their Christmas vacation.!

We want to thank Nichole not only for her gracious review, but also for being such a perfect visitor to our condo. Her family treated the condo with the utmost of care, communicated appropriately, and was responsible and self-sufficient ( no drama!!). We wish your family many more happy vacations! Alena and Chris
