Thank you for your feedback. Our property is located directly on the Guadalupe River, with a natural wooded riverbank that is largely maintained by the HOA. While the mature trees provide shade, privacy, and the natural beauty many guests enjoy, they do partially frame some river views rather than offering a completely unobstructed panorama. We strive to represent the property accurately in our photos and descriptions.

We’re glad to hear you thought the home itself was great. Regarding the river, it is a natural riverfront setting, not a manicured resort, so seasonal vegetation and changing river conditions can affect the view and accessibility throughout the year. Our listing accurately describes the property and clearly states that this is a new home with river access, that the dirt path to the river is steep in places, and that the permanent steps have not yet been installed. The HOA maintains the little beach area where you can enter the river. We believe it’s important for guests to have this information before booking so they can determine whether the property is a good fit for their needs. Many of our guests enjoy the peaceful, natural riverfront environment, but we understand it may not match everyone’s personal expectations.
