Enjoy a meal cooked on the gas range, or relax on the sofa and stream your favorites on the Smart TV. There is one bedroom with 2 queen beds on this floor, as well as one full bathroom with walk in shower. Relax with a glass of wine on the patio overlooking the backyard, or gather by the firepit in the evenings.

Continue upstairs to find the other three bedrooms, each with their own king bed, full bathroom, Smart TV, and closet. There is also a washer & dryer upstairs.

Park Circle is a growing community! The surrounding area is changing rapidly, so you may see some homes that are un-renovated or under construction on your drive in. Overall, it is a beautiful and safe area that locals love to explore as much as visitors!

There are some train tracks in the area, so you may hear some train whistles during your stay.

Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Parking in driveway only- do not park in the grass or on the street. Guests will be fined for parking on street

No pets are allowed at this property.

Any damage to the property is strictly the responsibility of the person booking. When agreeing to book, guest are agreeing to be labeled as licensors of the property, not tenants or lessees and as such do not have property rights of claims when booking the home.

The pool is heated however 80-degrees will not be hot enough to feel warm on colder days. It is not a hot tub. It is a heated pool.
