Great place to stay with a quick walk to the beach! Super spacious and gave all 8 girls plenty of room to spread out and have our own space while being together. We were even able to take a light stroll to a cute coffee shop only about 20 minutes away! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful stay in Isle of Palms!

Great space for an extended family. We had 11 people staying at the house for 5 days. Beds were comfy. Kitchens were well equipped. Beach is close-by. Large tables for eating together both inside and on the screened in porches. We hope to come back another time.

Great house and location to the beach. Unfortunately there was dredging going on at 4th Ave, which caused the water to be very murky.

Spacious Home With Two Levels and beautiful long porch

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Group of five adults enjoyed this immaculate and roomy two level house. Very quiet at night and you can hear the ocean while sitting on the screen porch. Giant tv in LR was good. Mattresses were incredibly comfortable. Location is third row from beach and leas than a mile walk to restaurants and IOP center with bars, ice cream etc

The house was great! Everyone was comfortable and it had everything we needed. The one thing I wish was different was the check in process. It was a little inconvenient to have to go the leasing office that was a mile away from the house just to receive a door code. It seemed to me like it could have been in a text or email.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We understand your frustration with needing to stop by the office to receive your door code. During this time of year, we do occasionally encounter underage guests who have reserved homes, so this process allows us to have a brief face-to-face check-in. All of our homes are privately owned, and this policy is in place as part of our commitment to protecting our properties and ensuring a safe experience for all guests. We’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed the property and truly appreciate you staying with us! Thank you for booking with Island Realty.
