The property suited our needs perfectly for bedrooms and bathrooms. There was a generous supply of towels and starter goods. Beach access was right right across the street. While the furnishings are well used, everything was very clean. The listing could mention that there are no hairdryers supplied.

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that we needed there were many things to do inside the house such as games, pool table, books to read. A nice living room where everyone could gather. The house was very conveniently located clean and beautifully decorated. It was a delightful place to stay and so close to the beach.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was very well equipped for what we needed. There were beach toys, as well as pool floats available at the home which we did not expect. The beds were extremely comfortable. and there were more than enough towels available for the entire family. We did have a few maintenance issues as well as television issues when we first checked in. But maintenance was quick to come and resolve those issues. The backyard does need some maintenance. The grass did need to be cut, and there was a lot of tree droppings such as acorns and leaves around the pool and in the pool. There’s also not an outside light that we could locate for the backyard. But overall, we had a wonderful time. We were in town for a family destination wedding, and this gave us plenty of space for all of our family. Even though the house was a little out of our price range, we did what we had to do to make sure we were there for my grandson‘s wedding.

Beach/pool towels would have been nice. We were disappointed by the backyard, no grass to lay and not enough chairs for all. Having guests buy trash bags was also a hassle .

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed in this house for my third time now. It's my favorite place to stay on the island. House had plenty of space for a large family and super access to the beach. My only complaint is very minor. I'd like to see more shelf space and towel hooks in the bathrooms. I'd highly recommend the house to anyone and I'd highly recommend Island Realty. I've used them probably 15 times and never had an issue one time.

Great house for a large group

This is a nice house for a large group. We were 11 adults, 2 teens and 2 little ones, but never felt crowded. Beach access is very convenient, and the pool and other amenities were comfortable and as advertised. We appreciated that carts, chairs and ocean /pool toys were already there if you needed some. The second fridge and the pool table were handy. We come to IOP often, and although this is not the most luxurious house we have rented, it is probably our favorite for the location/price.
