Smukt, opdateret fire værelses hjem, beliggende cirka tre blokke fra stranden og en blok fra Isle of Palms Marina! Privat Den på første sal fungerer som en bonus femte soveværelse, med sov til to tilgængelige på dronning sovesofa. Dette hjem støder op til Wild Dunes Golf Course og tilbyder afslappende udsigt over den lokale marina, Morgan's Creek og nem adgang til Isle of Palms offentlige Boat Ramp.

Funktionerne omfatter: Trægulve i første etage, et stort opholdsstue med 60 "fladskærms-kabel-tv / dvd og privat hul med fladskærms-kabel-tv, dronning sovesofa og et minikøleskab. Spisestue pladser otte, og det renoverede køkken er udstyret med rustfrit stål apparater, og en morgenmadskrog med yderligere plads til fire. Slap af langs den veranda, solbad på master balkonen eller cookout med Gas Grill!

Dette hjem giver også en samling af spil, Pack n Play, Queen Air Madras, vaskemaskine / tørretumbler, garage med plads i indkørslen til lille båd og en varm / kold udendørs bruser under hjemmet. Family and friends trip..

House was very clean and nice. Not a bad walk to the beach and the kids loved going fishing at the marina every morning. Only issue was they were doing construction on the golf course so it was a little loud early AM but thats not on the home owners itself. Other than that we all had a great time!

Spacious and comfortable house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our multigeneration group enjoyed staying at this bright, sunny house. We were two grandparents, two parents, and two young children. We had plenty of room to spread out. The front room served as space for the kids toys, the main living room as tv watching space, and the big screened porch was where all the conversations took place. Kitchen was great, big and well-equipped. Beds and furniture were comfortable. My only two warnings, and these are not negatives, just facts: The steps are steep and numerous, so this is not the place for someone with mobility issues. And it's about five blocks from the beach, again a potential problem for some people. We rented a golf cart, and used it every day to get to the beach. The beach access at 42nd St. is especially nice, and the beach there was not at all crowded. The house is a short walk from the marina, which has a fun restaurant and convenience store/gift shop. All things considered, the location was very good.

We had a fantastic time for spring break. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our trip. The location was great very everything we did. Would definitely stay again!

Staying in Charleston and want near the beach...

Reviewer Comments: If you are staying in Charleston and want near the beach with not near the beach prices this is your place. Located a short walk to beach access and to a restaurant. Nearby shopping including a Target that is a 10 min drive away. This property was updated more than most beachfront homes. Lots of space and rooms were spaces. Updated bathrooms were great! Kitchen had great cookware and 2 fridges for food. Beds were okay. Ithink warmer weather would have allowed us to utilize the outdoors more. Don't let the parking lot fool you-used for people who park boats so not a big deal. Was disappointed no tree up for the holidays, but we brought one. Driveway is SUPER NARROW with trees...know that for larger vehicles. I drive a honda mini van. Would be great for more than one family.. and would go back!

We hosted a Thanksgiving dinner for 12 family members and all went well, with room enough for everyone to enjoy. There is a lot of stairs to climb, with the set leading down inside to the garage the easiest to use. It would be an improvement if the owner could move the recharging location for there golf cart so that renters could park 1 vehicle inside the garage area.Overall we enjoyed our 15 day Holiday stay at this home.

We prepared multiple meals and had everything needed. Although the house was several blocks from the beach, there is a beach access at the end of the street. Saying that if the location from the beach is a concern. It is an easy golf cart or bike ride to the beach. The house was very clean and the check out procedure was the easiest our family has ever encountered. Island Realty was wonderful to work with and overall our experience was outstanding!

Baseball vacation rental

I had a night that I stepped barely off the driveway and into where landscaping should be (or at least filled in with dirt!!) and fell while 6 months pregnant. The owners/property management should at least fill the void in or area more well lit at night.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had the most wonderful stay in this home, it was clean, well appointed and extremely comfortable. The location is ideal for spending days at the beach and there is so much great food within a 15 minute drive. We stayed here as a group of 4 adults and we had literally zero complaints. We’ve already discussed how we’d love to stay here again in future years.

Great place, great location, but…

The week was great the house was great, but what was so disappointing was that this rental property was through Island Realty (who was great), and VRBO at booking took their $$$ service fee immediately. I never heard from VRBO again until they asked for a review. I emailed VRBO to discuss the service fee, but I never heard back and called but never heard from VRBO. Save yourself $$$ and book through Island Realty.

Wedding Weekend

One of the best places our group has stayed in Isle of Palms! Proximity to the marina, specifically Islander 71, and being a little further away from the crowded main street were huge pros to this property!!

We had more than enough room for everyone to enjoy a little quiet time alone if necessary and we all had enough room to gather in the living room together. The only thing I noticed was the cleaning of the home. I found hair in tubs of the bathrooms upstairs and the tub had a ring around it. Other than that the home was perfect!!

Wonderful property

This property has a great location, the kitchen was exceptionally equipped. Plenty of space to get away for a few minutes from the group. Dining room was big enough for the 10 of us to eat together. Beds comfortable, nice size rooms. We would definitely rent again!
