No parties or large events without prior authorization in writing from owner including, but not limited to, additional cleaning fee, additional fee, different deposit and insurance requirements, etc. Party or large event is considered 15 or more people on site at one time. Owner reserves the right to deny any large event requests at their discretion. Additional cleaning fee may apply for groups larger than 7 people. No smoking on property. No pets unless agreed by owner in writing prior to check in. No shoes indoors. Carpets, couches, bed frames, counter tops, dining table, etc – if you spill anything, please do not try to clean with water or any “at home” products. Let property manager know and we can send someone to clean or clean after move out. Only toilet paper in toilets.
