Great vacation! Great location! Great weather!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has enjoyed our IOP vacation for many years. This year was especially nice as the weather was great. The Oceanside condo we try to rent each year was clean and comfortable with ample supplies for our stay.

Great Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this place for our 10 year anniversary! It was a very clean well managed property! We would definitely stay here again. The ceiling fans in every room helped to keep air moving on those hot summer days! The walk to the beach was super short and very easy for anyone to do! It’s a great place to stay if you are in IOP. Check in and check out procedures are also very simple!

Shipyard Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were on vacation for a baseball tournament at Shipyard Park. The rental was a little dated and could use some refreshing of the linens and furniture, but it worked for what we needed it to.

The place could really use a good deep clean, but it was a perfect location and the check-in process was a breeze. You have to check out by 10am and take out your own trash which was annoying for what we were paying, but oh well. Check in was 4pm which was a little late for my family too, but we managed. Good stay overall, but if it was cleaner and they changed their hours a bit, it would feel way more worth it. I would go back again though.

Amazing Trip

We were in town to celebrate/fundraiser for Hop on a Cure for a John Driskell Hopkins. With shows at the Windjammer and Papi’s, this was a perfect location. Easy walk to venues and the beach. Quiet location, very easy in/out. Office was great about checking in. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip!

Thank you for your feedback — we're so glad to hear you enjoyed the condo and the area! We understand the parking limitations can be a challenge, and we truly wish we could offer more flexibility. Unfortunately, the HOA only permits one parking pass per condo with no exceptions. We hope you’ll reconsider and stay with us again in the future!

Quick stay at the beach

This was a great property for us. Just enough space, only a couple of stairs and parking was right at our door. TVs in both bedrooms was a plus. Perfect location just across from the beach and pier and easy walk to dinner and bars. Beach access code got changed unexpectedly but office handled very quickly. Didn’t use the pool but looked fine. Loved the balcony too. Would stay again.

Great But Pool Was Inaccessible

The location and condo were excellent. The only issue is we booked this place specifically because it had a pool and the pool was off limits for the entire week, which we did not learn until the day we checked in. They gave us a 15% refund and we were allowed to use a pool at a neighboring property, but we would have booked a different place if we had known this when we were booking. Otherwise, great stay. Assuming the pool is accessible in future we would stay here again.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're really glad you enjoyed the condo and location! We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the pool—we were notified by the homeowners association about the pool being off-limits due to a delay in parts just before your arrival, which made it difficult to provide you with this information in advance. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially since the pool was one of the main reasons you chose this property. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back in the future with full pool access.
