We would like to clarify that when you contacted us, we immediately offered assistance and asked for details about the concerns you raised so that we could address them. If the blankets you initially used had any issues, there are three blankets available in the unit, and we also offered to provide additional blankets if needed. Regarding cleanliness, had you informed us of any specific areas that required attention, we would have gladly sent our cleaning team back to the unit immediately. We strive to maintain high cleaning standards and take such concerns seriously. The unit is equipped with a dehumidifier and three fans for guest comfort. Cleaning supplies are also provided in the closet, under the kitchen sink, and under the bathroom sink. If you were unable to locate them or required additional supplies, we would have happily delivered more upon request. Concerning the bugs you mentioned, we asked for details about the type of bugs and where they were seen, but unfortunately we did not receive any information. We subsequently had our pest control contractor inspect the unit and no evidence of bugs was found. The building is treated regularly as part of our ongoing pest prevention program. We always encourage guests to report concerns during their stay so we have the opportunity to investigate and resolve them. Unfortunately, you chose to leave shortly after check-in and declined the assistance we offered. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to provide a positive experience for our guests. Hi Cathy, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you appreciated the convenient parking, nearby shops, restaurants, and the off-leash dog park. We offer a variety of units, including above-ground and basement options. Guests select their unit based on availability and price at the time of booking. The basement unit does have a spiral staircase, which we understand may not be ideal for all guests or pets. We were happy to provide a second entrance so your dog could access the apartment safely. We also provide detailed descriptions of our units to booking platforms, though it is ultimately up to them how the unit is advertised. We’re glad you found the beds comfortable and that our team was responsive in providing a solution during your stay.
